Worst company ever! Ordered something in september and i emailed them about not receiving it after 3 wks and they FINALLY respond to me in mid december and said it isnt their fault it didnt rock up. I paid over $20usd. I should get my order. This is beyond the joke and everytime i write to them. I get a reply wks later! If anyone wants to order from them. DONT!

I made a purchase 12/10 for $281.64. After 7 days I sent an inquiry because the items had not shipped (taboo in the U. S). After no response, I opened another ticket after 4 more days and called a disconnected Rosegal number.
I finally received a response requesting my PASSPORT AND A PHOTO OF MY CREDIT CARD although they had already debited my money 20+ days earlier!
I called PayPal and my credit card company and forwarded the email to them. Both companies indicated the request was in appropriate.
Unfortunately three other friends of mine had also placed orders. They canceled their orders too. Really cute clothes, but the requests were in appropriate and suggestive of scamming.

So angry with these darn emails. They send an email to let me know I have a refund but when I try to open the site it tells me to LOGIN.
DO NOT ORDER AND IF YOU ARE EXPECTING A REFUND, THEY TAKE FOREVER. I MADE MY ORDER IN 2014... I did not receive my items but they were quick to take my money! After I made a review complaint they decide that it's time I will be refunded but not the whole amount because I did not have pictures to prove I made the order. Then they send me a link to get the refund and I get a pop up telling me to log in... grrrrrr. TAKE MY ADVICE AND DO NOT ORDER!

The items that I ordered were so not what the pictures showed. And on top of that, I paid for shipping insurance so that I would be covered. I only received part of my order, which was all sized incorrectly, and the other part is still back ordered. Their customer service is a joke and I am still waiting on my refund. I ordered my clothes November 19 and still haven't received them. I can understand how it can be very busy for Christmas, but being I ordered before Thanksgiving I figured I would have them within a Month. I called several times to customer service trying to locate my order (also when I called a recording told me that they weren't taking calls and that the voicemail inbox was full so I couldn't leave a message stating my case), and I have also emailed them stating that I haven't received my order. No response yet, big surprise there. I just hope that people read my review before considering shopping at ROSEGAL. Overall just a recap DON'T SHOP HERE!

My order was perfectly okay. Their customer service reply very fast and their delivery time was fast too. I am very satisfied with my order. And I will continue to order from Rosegal. I will also recommend Rosegal to my friends and family.
Put in an order 11-22-15, money was taken out of my account quickly. I assumed I would see my order(christmas gift) in 1-2 weeks. Got nothing. Sent question and they replied that the jacket would be back in stock on 12-17, I replied that I still wanted it, which made me wonder why when I ordered it, it did not say out of stock. Still did not see the order and it is now 12-23-15 and they say that it will not be in stock til 12-24-15. So much for that christmas gift bought a month ago. So very disappointed, not only should I get the jacket but after all this it should be free. What a lousy company and even though you are giving out a discount it will be a cold day in hell before I order from this company.

This is a horrible company with an even worse product.

I ordered a sweater one week prior to Thanksgiving to wear for Thanksgiving. When I was told that it would not be here by Thanksgiving, I cancelled it. This time I ordered a sweater on 12/16 to hopefully wear on Christmas and paid for expedited shipping. Today is 12/22 and the order has not even processed! Just shut your doors Rosegal! Ordered a coat ($25) on 4th November, still not arrived!
Got response to ticket I raised which got the following response "Your order was sent by surface mail which can not be tracked online. The delivery will generally take around 10-45 business days(due to peak season). Please rest assured your parcel is on its way."
45 days and that's on top of the 7 weeks since I placed the order. Seriously! Absolutely

I ordered several items on 12/8/15. I received less than half of what I ordered last week and the items look nothing like what the online pictures portray. I have tried calling, submitting a ticket and chat to find out where the rest of my order is, which shows that it "shipped." No response and I cannot reach anyone on their supposed customer service line; no one is ever available for chat either. I'm filing a fraud complaint with my bank. I ordered a couple pieces of clothing from you! I was told it would arrive by 12/21 or 12/22! I never received either item! I submitted a ticket order also but never gut a feed back from you. My ticket # isT*******606. These were Christmas gifts for my granddaughter. But I'm sure you could care less! Your customer service is just a ploy! Non existent! What a shame for a co. I was bitterly disappointed with the dress I received. The dress on the website is a lovely, long, full skirted and flowing strapless maxi dress, but the dress I received does not have a full flowing skirt, I would barely even call it a slip dress! Also, the bodice is so flimsy that it does not even stay up to cover my bust, and I would need to pin it to my bra to keep it in place. I can't return the dress as it was on sale.
UPDATE: I was contacted by Rosegal customer support after posting my initial review here. I was told that normally they could only offer a 10% refund without returning the dress, but under the circumstances were offering a $10 refund. I said that wasn't good enough and I wanted a full refund regardless, as I have had purchases from other sites refunded in full or replaced free of charge without returning the original, that were much more expensive than this dress. So, after a few messages of negotiation, I got the full refund, and was offered a free gift on the provision I delete this review. I said I would alter it to reflect receiving the refund.
I will not, however, change the rest of the review. There is a reason sites like this exist. I don't care about a free gift, especially if it might be as poor quality an item as the dress I bought. So, this has taught me a valuable lesson. BE SURE TO READ INDEPENDENT REVIEWS OF RETAIL SITES BEFORE YOU PURCHASE ANYTHING, or you run the risk of receiving a cheap knock off... or worse still, nothing at all.
