Just plain crap, all the way around. Took 8-10 weeks to deliver my product AFTER they said it had shipped! When I said the gift-giving occasion I had bought it for had long since passed, they offered me one option for return: ship it back to them - but they laughed and warned me, I might want to check shipping rates before I made that decision, because they'd probably be higher than the value of the sweatshirt I bought!
Update: 12/29/15-- Because of this review, they did contact me and gave me a PayPal refund of $10. I still think they need to update their site so that you KNOW you are going to wait 8+ weeks for delivery... but at least they reached out and offered some recompense.
Update: 1/6/16--I have received a full refund from Rosegal. Therefore, I have updated my review from 1 star to 3 stars.
I ordered 5 items from this website. When my package arrived first thing I noticed... only FOUR items. Second was one of the sweatshirts had TWO STAINS on the front. When I contacted the customer service they denied having forgotten to send one of the items I paid for, and regarding the shirt with the stain their solution..."wash it". I am DISGUSTED with the way they conduct business. Stealing money and sending soiled product.

IF I COULD RATE THIS LOWER I SO WOULD. Lemme just tell you girl, I ordered some holy jeans and a few shirts from here around October. My shirts came in around the middle of November, and well my jeans just came in today! And they are hideous! Worst jeans I ever did see! Do not fit right at all! I seriously do not think these here britches would fit anyone! But besides that, the shirts were awful, too! They wouldn't fit a rat they were so small! And the shoulders were pointy! Pointy? Really? The image of the shirts sure didn't have pointy shoulders! Why add them now? I didn't want that! And the material was thin and crappy! NEVER EVER BUY A SINGLE ITEM FROM THIS DANG STORE.

I was given points as a gift for writing great reviews, turns out I can't use more than a certain allotted amount that only saves about $4 - $10 per order depending on how much you choose to spend. The website will not let you use the full amount even if you want to. A bit ridiculous really, I got all excited over nothing.
I was later contacted by rosegal but with no real solution, only a how to for ordering with points. I kept asking if there was a way to use all the points, and kept getting the same how to as a reply. Would not recommend using this site unless you're willing to roll the dice and potentially be disappointed.

What a huge mistake. They didn't let me know about the item not being in stock until 3weeks later. The items I ordered that they said were on the way, I was unable to track. When they let me know about the item not in stock the only recourse they provided was to order more stuff. I wish I had looked them up before ordering. Thanks for the very unmerry Christmas.

Rosegal is a great shopping experience, although shipping takes time its really quite worth the wait, I have never had a problem with my order or anything, I would definitely recommend you check out there website.

I bought a hoodie from this site. I LOVE IT! I am 5,11" and 160 pounds. I bought a size xl. It not only fits great, is super comfy and made well, it is long enough for my long arms.
Ordered my items on 12/6/15, the tracking number states it was received in customs on 12/14/15. It apparently has been sitting there since. I have no additional shipping tracking information.

I ordered several items from this site and it took several weeks to receive them. They are extremely poor quality and look nothing like the pictures online. They are super thin and cheap and really small. I wish I would have researched them some or only ordered one item first. I did contact support about returning the items and they finally replied after 5 weeks and gave a long detailed process for how to return an item. I would have to take pictures of the items and ship it back to China and pay for the shipping myself. Complete scam. Do not order from this site!

I ordered three shirts from this site. Shirts i has been looking for for years. I haven't been able t o find them any where else. I found them on this site. The shirts are absolutely beautiful and exactly what i wanted. They were split into two packages and both packages came faster than the expected date of arrival. One shirt was too small. I worked with the support team. They were very good with me especially during the Christmas season. The problem was resolved effectively and quick. The support team here is wonderful. My two other shirts were the size i was expecting. They are comfy and i love them. So glad i found Rose-Gal on face book. I will be recommending this site to friends and family, as well as ordering from it again soon myself.

I bought a few things from RoseGal and the fabrics are extremely cheap, and the return policy is terrible. I would never buy from them again. I bought a coat for $27 that didn't fit at all, and they will basically only return it for exchange, though I couldn't wear it at all! The most they will return is $5 US Dollars. They do not have a phone number to call. It took a month for them to work with me to try to resolve the problem - they required me to measure everything (sleeves, waist, length, etc) in centimeters and compare the actual measurements with what their stated measurements were (and they were not as advertised). The actual fit of the coat was for someone who is about 5' tall! I am 5'8 and it didn't fit me, and a friend is 5'3" and it didn't fit her either (too small in sleeves and the waist was right under the bust, yet the photos showed the waist of the coat to be where the actual waist of the model was (the model tied the coat around her actual waist). It remains a nightmare as I don't want to purchase any more of their cheap clothing! They also required me to send photos! I had to do a photo shoot to prove the coat didn't fit. They don't care that the coat is all wrong - they won't refund any more than $5.

Spent $80 on this website. The dresses I ordered came in and they look nothing like the pictures. I ordered a cute looking baggy asymmetrical dress. I have a mumu. I ordered dresses with baggy sleeves. The sleeves are not baggy, they are regular. As a girl who weight trains this doesn't work at all as a can't get into the dresses. Waste of $80 and I have nothing to wear for Christmas.

Ou get what you pay for-sort of.
I ordered a jacket in XL, and when it got here, it was obviously a children's XL. I held up a size small shirt that I had laying around and it was bigger than the jacket! Plus the jacket wasn't even the right color or material.
In the photo, the girl had her hands in the pockets. There aren't even pockets on the actual jacket.
I also ordered a size Large jacket for my man for Christmas. He's normally a medium. He could barely get it on!
And when you try to call them, it sends you right to voicemail. Then tells you the inbox is full.
I WONDER WHY.

Do NOT order from this site. I have no idea how they still have a website or why they haven't been banned from selling. After placing an order it shows a summary of items purchased. The site had added duplicate items, added items I had deleted from my cart and had deleted items I had actually wanted. I emailed the support team and haven't heard back for a week. When trying to call their USA helpline listed it says "the magic jack customer you're trying to reach is unavailable" Magic Jack?! This is a complete scam! Save yourself money and frustration and do NOT order from these people. I know the clothes look cute and inexpensive but that's exactly how they get you. Can't say it enough; do not do not do not order from here!

All they would have had to say (up front) was "Every shipment - regardless of shipping method - will take 6-8 weeks to receive". That would have been fine and I would have chosen to order from somewhere else. But when I ordered Dec 4th with EXPEDITED shipping, and now I still won't get my gift before Christmas, that is unacceptable to me. The company's response was to offer a refund or different merchandise (which still wouldn't arrive by Christmas), but they said it would ship by the 18th so I chose to wait. And when I did finally get a tracking number, the notations were very vague and days behind. So I questioned the shipping company, and 2 days later got another very vague response - "your package should be there soon. Look for it in a couple of days." What kind of rinky-dink businesses are these?!?! And I know I'm not the only one who has complained because the company sent out a mass "we're sorry" email. All in all - if they just would have been honest and up-front about everything, it would have been a much better experience.

Horrible after I email them they said they would refund my money back I got a email saying they already refunded my money back and I still haven't received it then they said I paid with a PayPal card... and I email them back saying I paid with my own debit card this site is horrible

Ever since I went on SiteJabber to voice my complaint about rosegal, I have received my orders. I have to say I am very disappointed with the products.
