Please don't order from this site. The prices look HEAVENL, but looks can definitely be deceiving. I ordered my dress for homecoming late September and homecoming was mid October... it is the 29th of December and I still haven't gotten my dress. I tried emailing. No solution. I tried calling... it was a MAGIC-JACK number. In conclusion... DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY OR PRECIOUS TIME WITH THIS SITE.
I ordered a garment and received a cut up sweat shirt instead. The price was $17.09. The return shipping was $17.95. A total of $35.04. The company said all shipping costs was my responsibility. They would only return $15.77. Really? I have to pay for false advertisement? I have never dealt with such blatant false advertisement and disrespect for online shopping. They do not value customers. The company is a complete rip off. I wish I had done better research before getting involved with this scam. Pictures enclosed.

I wish I didn't have to give a star.
I am so sorry to anyone who buys something from this place. Unfortunately I am sorry for myself as well because I was swayed by their advertisements for cheap clothing that looks NOTHING like what came to my door. It took over a month for the product to get to my place, which was almost 3 times what they told me. My product was absolutely awful. I could've made something better, honestly. They have been nothing but unhelpful and manipulative in their responses to my complaints. They have delayed responses, up to over a week (when they say responses will come within 24 hrs), probably hoping that I eventually gave up or forgot about it. I didn't. They finally gave me an ultimatum, which didn't give me any options. I could return it... with the tag attached and paying my own shipping. Obviously after a month of back and forth I've tried to get my moneys worth by wearing it. So no I don't have the tag on it. Another option was money "back in my wallet"... in store credit... yeah okay HELL NO.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. EVER.

Is there a way to give less than 1 star, because that is too much! Clothing ordered took 2 months to get here. Then it was the cheapest quality I have ever seen. I would not wear anything they sent me if it was the last thing in my closet. The return process is impossible. I still have the entire order that I will never wear because I was unable to maneuver their impossible website. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I placed an order back on November. 1,2015 Wanted it for a birthday. November 29,2015. Here it is after Christmas... DO NOT BUY! Simple as that. Yes the clothes look cute, yes they're cheaper, but looks like you won't ever get them! Going to contact PayPal because this is ridiculous. Very glad I only bought one thing, but my family in Australia bought in November and still doesn't have her items. They're just pulling our legs and taking our money. DO NOT BUY!

I'm gonna figure out a way to take further measures o. This company this owner and whoever else's is behind this companies scam!. I've ordered since 12/19/2015 an I've choosed expedited shipping my friends also ordered with them after me an only one of them relieved their items an I have yet to receive any of my orders! The order came in late, and it is not comparable to the picture, wait... the color was right. Lol. If this company wants to actually make money, then produce the correct ordered product. Give the right directions to the seamstress. While the product we received was close to what we ordered, you can tell the "person" making it was not given proper tools. I hope this isn't some sweat shop worth children making clothes.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered items back in October 2015. Have yet to receive it. When I contact them all they do is send me another shipping number saying it will take another 5-25 days. UNACCEPTABLE! I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered. Funny how they took the money out of my account immediately. When I called the number that was on the website from the company, a recording came on from "Magic Jack"! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? NO COMPANY SHOULD EVER HAVE THIS. Why does the images on your website of the clothing not match what one receives! The quality and sizes are way off! What is called knitted is cheap thin material. The clothing seem to be a very cheap, poorly made, knock off of what is on the website. It's a shame because the selections you have on the website are hip, beautiful, and stylish. BUT clearly what the customers receives are poor imitations are of what are on the photos. Shame on you for taking people's hard earn money. Be truthful, are most of the clothing you send poor imitations of what consumers are viewing on your website? To top is all off, you make it soooo difficult to return items. The invoice that came with the package doesn't even have clear description of each item ordered. The prices, also, didn't match what I was charged on my credit card! I have to say shipping wasn't too bad, but I am still missing one item, but I hope it will be come soon. Online it was a really nice jacket, but after receiving these tops I am pessimistic about what it will look like. By the way, I tried calling several times, too. Surprise, surprise, no one available to answer my call and voicemail would not accept anyone messages. One very sad and disappointed costumer.

I cannot say this strongly enough. DO NOT order ANYTHING from this company. Based on their size chart, I ordered a large sweatshirt, even though I normally wear medium/size 8. The sweatshirt arrived a month or more after I ordered it. I did not realize I was ordering from China until I saw the package/return address. The sweatshirt was MUCH smaller than their size chart indicated and they are now refusing to refund my purchase. My options are to keep the sweatshirt that I estimate to be a size 4 and receive a 20% refund in the form of a store credit, or pay to ship it back to China and then I'll still only receive a store credit. They will not apply a credit to my credit card. This company is a SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I can't encourage you enough to stay away from ordering ANYTHING from this company. From invalid shipping numbers to never receiving your items to refusing to refund purchase orders... you name it, and you will encounter it with this company. This website is a SCAM and should be taken offline. Thank goodness for PayPal which will refund your money separately from the Rosegal company. I ordered two items and was immediately charged for my purchase. After two months of not receiving my order, I filed a claim through PayPal to have my money refunded. Within a week, I was sent 1 item that was not what I ordered and looked as if a young child just learning to sew had made it. I never received another item and was unable to exchange the unwearable sweater they sent me.

I regret ordering with rosegal. Ordered and paid on 21/11/15 with promise of prompt delivery and still waiting (now 28/12/15). Their ticketing system is shonky and i get alot of "we're sorry" several times but no specific answer as to when my order will arrive or how i can cancel. No contact number. I spent $500 in good faith but have found out this retailer is shonky. Stay clear the clothes are cheap for a reason. They steal.

I don't even know where to start. Free shipping but make you pay for your own tracking and insurance. Claim they ship out your order, but its all lies. I ordered a dress to wear for Xmas. The tracking I paid for never worked. I contacted the shipping company they use to figure out why I couldn't track my package. They let me know its because they haven't received it yet. Been 23 days now and they still haven't received the package... Even funnier, I live in the same country that its being sent from, yet I still need to give them 25 days before I receive my item. Completely preposterous! The representatives that reply to your emails are as useless as the tracking number you get that doesn't work. They only answer half of your questions. I wish I would have read reviews about this dump before wasting time, money, and sanity on it.
