I placed an order for 6 items and they charged my card $176. Then they emailed me asking for a copy of my credit card and driver's license via email. I said no, you already have my money. They then emailed me back that I needed to pay through Western Union and a credit would be issued later on my Visa. I've been had!
I'm on hold now with my credit card bank putting the whole thing into dispute. DON'T ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES...
I ordered one inexpensive item just in case. I'm so glad I didn't order more. I ordered the first week of December. I have never received my item. I received an email with a dhl tracking number. When I put it in the dhl site, it came up shipped on Dec. 9. It also had a USPS tracking number. When I tried that one, it came up not found. This went on for about three weeks. Then when I checked the dhl site and number it said it was not found and that many numbers have been delayed or lost. When I contacted dhl they told me to contact the seller. No response from the seller. My only hope is that pay pall will refund me.
UPDATE: I received my item in the mail today (January 7th). I was told to order up in size. I am normally an xs and I ordered a M. It is a tad big, I could've done a small. I am 5'5", 110lbs. It said "sweater" and looked like a sweater in the photo, but its just cotton tshirt material. You get what you pay for, so for the price, I was not expecting much so not disappointed in that way. The only negative really (other than the poor communication and how long it takes to get it) was the smell. I can not tell you how bad this article of clothing smelled. I hope that washing it (by itself of course) will take care of that. I am so excited that I did not get scammed, but based on all the people who have, I probably will not take the chance again.

A bunch of thieves! I have waisted 120$ on some very poor quality clothes that had nothing to do with the pictures I saw. What they actually do is they take pictures of famous brands and than some chinese are sewing in a garage from very cheap materials clothes that try to imitate the pictures u've seen! The jacket I have ordered (a lousy imitation of a great brand/) was torn apart the minute I put it on. I am disgusted that they are allowed to full so many people. Something needs to be done to close this website and put their owners in jail. THIS IS THEFT!

I ordered a sweater for my Daughter way back in October of 2015 never got it, tried to contact them no response until I put a review on your website all of a sudden I get a Email from them promising a refund, that was in January, guess what still no refund it is now March of 2016. They are clearly THIEVES. Don't ever buy from them you will be sorry!

If I could have left 1/2 star I would have. They were able to successfully TAKE MY MONEY. They were not able to send me the top I ordered in Sept of last year. When it did not come I tried to contacted them. I emailed and they said they would get back to me in 48 hours. They still have not responded... I had to go thru Paypal, who just returned my money this week. Why is this site even allowed to still operate? DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I ordered six items, only one is wearable. The fabric is shocking, like soft plastic and the sizes are not any kind of standard. They do put great pictures on their website, which really sells the product. A complete waste of £60.00. They have great reviews on their own site, but seeing the items myself I have to think they are false reviews as there is nowhere on the site that you can leave a review. Do not waste your money!

I purchased 4 items of clothing, none of the items fit, 3 three dresses are not the ones I ordered. The dresses are poor quality, nothing like the photographs. I would like my $78.00 returned. The clothes are not wearable.

1. Items are poor quality and a fraction of the size of comparable high Street clothes. They were cheap and did arrive quickly.
2. The customer service process is a joke. I have been negotiating a return and refund for three days now. The only point of contact seems to be via a form on their website rather than email which means I have no conversation trail. I receive one reply oer day and no more. They seem very reluctant to offer me a refund and are more keen for me to have store credit. The saga continues.

Ordered 3 sweater dresses for daughter in law for Christmas, received 2 of them on December 28th, material wasn't what I expected then just received the 3rd December 30th and to my surprise opened package and dress has no label or tags so don't know fabric or cleaning instruction! I ordered one cardigan on 10/15 and it has still not been received. Looking at the order status it looks like the item was shipped on 10/30. I filed a complaint within the company a week ago and was told the item was shipped and I shouldn't worry because it is on the way. It has been almost 3 months since I ordered the cardigan!

Clothing ran very small and return was very difficult. No packing slip or return policy included. I had to research it on website, request form and send digital pictures of clothing along side measuring tape to prove size was not accurate. Gave up and gave clothes away.

I ordered 3 items on this site. A pair of boots, a dress, and a belt. The boots came in two weeks and were too small even though I ordered my size and they looked super cheap.The dress came in 5 weeks and I am still waiting for the belt, it has been 9 weeks since my order. I was told after going back and forth with their customer service that I could not get a refund for the boots even I sent them back to China. I could only get a store credit for the site. They also would not even address my issue unless I sent them a picture of the boots with a tape measure next to it- Seriously? I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. I am out $60.

Seems as if this company is a biggest fraud... never had any issues of not getting things on time when ordered from online ordered something on the 10th and still waiting... dont even give us tracing number to track the order i placed after getting an email saying your order is shipped where in the world thry are shipping from that it takes that long for one piece of clothing to arrive

I purchased the shirt over a month ago, hoping it'd be here before Christmas as a PRESENT. I gave myself a few more days of room from the 10-25 day arrival date.
