I ordered two jackets on 11/24/2015. At first I was told that it would be 5-7 business days, and then 10-25 days. It's now 01/04/2016, well over 25 days and I have nothing, No tracking number, and no answers. All they do when I've submitted a ticket they just send me 15% off coupons! I don't want your coupons because I wouldn't let my worst enemy order from this site. I have asked more than once for a refund (because of course they charged my account the second I submitted the order) they just keep reassuring my items are on their way. Don't bother with the phone number or live chat because neither work. This is fraud!

I ordered 3 shirts for my granddaughter for Christmas early in December. Received 2 of the shirts. Third shirt was delayed shipping. Never received order, tracking info invalid. Have open complaint ticket with Rosegal, the response is always the same, order is on the the way, to check with my post office, then they claim they put in a claim with DHL. Every time it is a different excuse. I have sent them over 20 request for a refund. This past week sent them 5 messages and they stopped replying. The two shirts that I did receive were cute but not true to size, extra large ladies would fit a small child never an adult. I still have not received third shirt or refund. I called the company and recording said the magic jack customer you are trying to reach is unavailable, MAGIC JACK for a company are you kidding. NEVER EVER WILL ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. Already spread the word to my family, friends and facebook, If I could I would rate this company a 0. I even paid extra for expedite shipping. This company is the worst.

So as well all know the holidays just passed, so of course i was shopping for my 3 teenage step daughters, came across some cool items on Rosegal, ordered them on 12/16, paid additional for expedite shipment (to receive before x-mas) no only did i not receive them before Christmas, but i am still waiting for additional items from that order. Today is Jan. 4th and still nothing. Have sent SEVERAL tickets for support on the items and all they do is blame the shipping company for the delay. There is a contact number, but no one ever answers and returns your call and most of the time the number doesn't even ring! They don't even have the decency to refund me the additional money i paid for the expedited shipping that i didn't receive in time. First and LAST time ill ever order from here... its not worth the back and forth with their "customer service" and whats even worse, is they just cant say "sorry, we screwed up, here's the refund for the extra shipping cost". They just keep going back and forth with you and you get nowhere. Put in another ticket today (4th one), lets see what excuse they have this time! Lesson learned, will never buy or recommend Rosegal to ANYONE, EVER!
As an update 1/18/15, I finally received the additional items I was waiting for. One sweater had a lot of string and stitching hanging on it, which I was afraid to cut off because I didn't want any of the seams to open or rip. Customer service seemed more willing to address the issue after I posted negative on this site about my issues. They did agree to refund me $8.00USD for the inconvenience I was caused. After going back and forth with them for weeks I realized the $8 refund was all I was going to get so I accepted it. I do wish things would have gone differently because I do like a lot of their stuff however, the hustle and back and forth is still not worth it to me. On the flip side, it was nice of them to at least offer me something back for my time.

I looked up Rosegal to try to find out if I ordered a jacket for my daughter for Christmas. I ordered so much stuff online- all of which has come except this- but it's possible I did not complete this order or something. However, there seems to be no way of contacting Rosegal. Nothing will link to a help line and the phone numbwr has a message box that is is "full" so you can't leave a message. I have never deal being a business that has a full message box. That does not elicit trust, so I am worried that if I did order anything, it has disappeared into the ether along with my money. Absolutely horrible. I ordered a pair of boots. I wear size US 9.5. They didn't come in half sizes so I ordered a 10 thinking I would just wear thick socks. Well they boots didn't have zippers or anything on them and the ankle was so narrow I couldn't get m foot through it. The foot part was probably big enough but my foot/ankle wouldn't go in. And I have VERY narrow feet. Nobody who wears less than maybe a size 5 would be able to get their foot through the narrow ankle part to wear them. I also ordered a shirt and slippers, both of which were very cheaply made. And a pair of earrings which looked ok. After three weeks of disputes through Paypal (because Rosegal wouldn't respond to my emails) I was told that I could get a refund if I returned the items. Problem was that I paid $67 for the items and it was going to be $70 to return them. So I'm just plain out of luck. REALLY wish I had checked reviews before I ordered. Several weeks after my initial email, and after the dispute with Paypal had been filed, Rosegal did email me back but it was the same answer. Return the items and we'll issue a refund.

I ordered a sweatshirt. Medium Womens. Doesn't even come close to fitting my 11 year old son, let alone teenage daughter. I disputed the order and they said they would refund my cost if I returned it. The hoodie cost $20, and to ship back was over $21! I responded multiple times without any reply. After posting this comment they were quick to respond to me and did refund $10 of my $20 charge, asking that I please edit my comment on this website. Although I am happy to get $20 back, I would NEVER do business with Rosegal ever again due to poor customer service. Very disappointed.

Very cheap quality material, items are not same color as pictured, sweater came with strings hanging all over it each time they did a color change, then they want you to return it to China on your dime and will only give you store credit. Why would I want to buy another poor quality item from them. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

I ordered 3 items from this sight in august 2015 shipped out supposedly on 9th of September never received them contacted customer support they advised to get in contact with local post office did that they helped me track items and told me that they hadn't even been despatched so I told customer support still haven't a reply so I really stuck it up them never ever again

I ordered 2 sweatshirts, for my daughter-in-law. It took more than 3 weeks to get. I had no idea what was taking so long, so I tried to online chat or call and none of those worked.
Then I emailed them. It says they will get back to you within 24 hours. It took 3 days.
I finally got the shirts, but wrapped them till I gave them as a present for Christmas.
When my daughter-in-law opened them we were so very upset. She ordered Medium and the shirts were sized Medium, but looked like an extra small size. Plus the quality was total CRAP. Very cheaply made. I don't know if she tried to return them but doubt she'll have any luck as they were shipped from China.

Although the items on this website are cheap, the quality of them is terrible and not worth the money at all!
I paid extra for expedited shipping and yet they still sent a few of my items with standard shipping, then they forgot to send one my items at all. After complaining, the best they could give offer me was a $2 store credit.
Since seeing my negative reviews online, they got in contact with me to offer a full refund for the $16 shipping method, asking me to change my reviews afterwards. I can't believe it takes leaving bad reviews for them to actually do what they were supposed to in the first place!

When I ordered the 5 items I ordered I made the mistake of not reading the reviews. I was shocked by the prices. Two of the items I received in 3 weeks but the other three items I have not received and it has been 7 weeks since I ordered. I now realize they are coming from China and I may never receive them. I can't give you my order ID (they gave me two) because I erased all reference to this company after weeks of poor customer service responses.

I ordered 3 bracelets and only received 2. I ordered them at the end of November and just received them today. The shirt I ordered was an XL but it is VERY tiny (useless to me). I haven't even tried contacting customer service because of the bad reviews here. I'm thinking just cut my losses. I will NEVER order from this place again. I ordered some shoes and 2 tops. I read the reviews (sizing, quality) and had second thoughts. Since the tops had not shipped, I asked for a refund. I received that refund the next day (paypal)! The shoes had already shipped. I received them today (only took 12 days to get here)... and they are cute and just as pictured. So, everything was fine for me. Will I chance it again and order?
