I ordered 4 things from this site. It took 1 month to get 3 of them. Nothing was what it looked like online. A beautiful sweater on the website came in the same general shape of a cheap sweatshirt material and was white instead of gray. One sweater which was black and to the knees on the website came tiny and to the waist. The grey shirt was fine but immediately started stringing. When I wrote to them to return things and cancel the 4th item because I knew it would be cheap and not what they showed on the website they did not respond to me until it finally arrived 7 weeks after I ordered it and was way too small. This company is the most aggravating company I have ever dealt with! Never have I received such horrible customer service in my life. I ordered a sweater from this site and it was cheaply made and fit terribly. I have been trying to get an answer about how to return it since before Christmas and all I got was one response asking that I send pictures of the product and measurements. I did that and no one will reply to me now about how to get a refund. I want my money back! The phone number listed doesn't work but no one will supply with a name or number of someone to talk to! Is this even a real company or a scam!?!?!?

I finally this piece of crap "sweater" after two months. It is mishapen, frayed and looks like my 4 year old cut it. You cannot get a hold of them, they will not return my messages or respond to y emails. This is crap! Do NOT order!

I was happy to order my dress and accessories back in September 2015, but it is January 2016 now, and I still haven't received my order or a refund. They kept telling me to confirm my address and check with the post office to know if they are holding my items. I have told them several times that my address is correct and the post office said that my items are not with them. RIPOFF!. Please run away as possible from this company.

I bought some clothes for Christmas. The web site is nice and the clothes all look great online however these are truly the cheapest made lowest quality clothes I've ever seen. The "sweatshirts" are almost as thin as a t-shirt. If you try to return the unworn clothes they basically harass you until you give up. Take a look at the ridiculous conversation I had with customer service.

Ordered a cute sweatshirt in a Medium for my daughter (who is 20 years old and trim). The sweatshirt I received would maybe fit an 8-year old. I can only assume they are Asian sizes and not a US Medium. It took five attempts before Customer Service responded. Now I'm being asked to measure every inch (cm) of the garment and upload pictures. Very disappointed in the product and the company.
To update this review, they did contact me after I posted this negative review and offered to refund 75% of my money and I didn't have to return the product. I would have had to pay the shipping to return it so I agreed with the 75%.
I think if they made their size chart a little more Americanized people would be happier with their products. I did order two necklaces and was very pleased with what i received, for the price I paid.

Don't buy anything from this company. I ordered some boots and they took almost 2 months to arrive and then they were the wrong ones. The ones I receive were ugly and reeked of something terrible - a chemical smell.
I jumped through their hoops to try to get another pair and they take forever to respond. I'm still waiting to hear back from them.
They are either intentionally ripping people off or they are very inadequate in their service.

First of all nothing that I ordered is like the pictures they show! I ordered 2 jackets and a shirt. The jackets arrived first. Both are made from such cheap material nothing like the photos they provide! Disaster! I put my hand in the pockets - there is a hole in one of the pockets! The shirt arrived today_ again - nothing like the photo - cheap material thread hanging out from the stitches and it smells horrible like mildew! Ugghh gross!

After waiting a month, a partial shipment arrived. The items were extremely small, not true to size, even though we went by the size chart on the website, and looked extremely cheap. Trying to return them, but can't figure out how. I need to sign in, but since we checked out as a guest instead of creating an account, we can't contact them. The telephone number on the website doesn't work. Live chat doesn't work. I'm trying to contact them through Pay Pal to find out how to return the order and cancel the coat that still hasn't arrived nearly 2 months later. I think I was just ripped off for $114... Months have passed. I got my $84 back, but it cost me $33 to return their junk back to them. And, they asked me to take my review down. Ummm, no way. I want to stop other people from getting ripped off.

After 3 or 4 attempts (starting in early November 2015) to return the items that I ordered, because they are of cheap quality and are not nearly true to size, they finally responded twice with a link to a page that has expired. Now, I finally get what I believe to be a real response and they have offered store credit? Why would I accept store credit? I certainly won't be ordering again, just to possibly go through this again. This is ridiculous! I'm so frustrated! I guess the saying is true, "you get what you pay for!".

Ordered two items in the middle of november with flatrate shipping. On their site this takes 7-25 days. When the 25th day was over, it has changed 45 days, and after it they said 60. What a funny timezone is where they live. If you want to read dozens of varied promises, just go for it!:)

Worst quality ever and they never take any products back. One of our shipments didn't arrive at all and they asked us to pay 50% of the value to reship (WTF). Stay away from this company, they will be bankcrupt soon or closed down legally.

Dont believe the good reviews they get employees to write the positive reviews. They are a rip off. Uf you get what you ordered it is really bad quality and the sizes are terrible. I ordered 2 things (Christmas gifts) on December 3rd, received an email saying my order had been shipped on the 12th (waited patiently) Christmas came and went, STILL nothing, I emailed the company several times to get the same reply over n over "Your package is on it's way, sorry for the inconvenience" Well I noticed they had a "live chat" button so I decided to give it a try, YET had to wait 20 minutes to "chat" with someone named Brett, AGAIN I get "your package has been shipped, please be patient, it's coming from China, it's on its way" well lets see, I ordered on the 3rd, shipped out on the 12th it's NOW January the 5th and I have NO CLUE where my package even is, because the "tracking number" given to me in an email does NOT work... I would take others warnings as well as my own, shop elsewhere, TRUST me you will get better service and not lose sleep over an unknown package...
