Ordered a sweater for Christmas the first week of November. It is now January 8 and have not received it. I was told they would give me a 15% coupon off of another order. I don't want anything else and can't get my money back. They state they won't take your money off your card until item is ready to ship, that is an out and out lie! I am out my money, lesson learned, read reviews on company before you order! I would welcome a lawyer in suing this company.
Just do yourselves a favor and stay away from this really too good to be true site. They take forever 10 days plus to respond back and when you respond back 4 days for them they tell you that you responded too late. I ordered something that was shipped back to them because of wrong zip code. BFD it's just zip code, the city and state is still correct. And instead of apologizing and making sure the customer is happy, they tell me I responded too late and my shipment will be destroyed because I won't pay for shipping again.
IDIOTS! If you want customers to return, you keep them happy as you can and at least compromise to make the deal work. NEVER WILL BUY HERE AGAIN. NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE OR YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME!

Seriously just stay away from this site. It seems to good to be true and it is. They sent me the wrong size product and won't take it back. They'll send you these nice messages, but never resolve this issue. Really, the best thing to do is to just stay away from this one.
Update: In all fairness and after much wrangling, Rosegal eventually returned my money, let me keep the garment and issued me site dollars. However, I think Rosegal has a ways to go before they are really consumer ready, and I'd give them more time to iron out wrinkles.

I wish I had read reviews before ordering...
I ordered three dresses on December 13th and have only received two. Like every other comment, the garments are very poor quality. You have to be a size 2 for anything to look half-way decent when you put it on. I didn't expect much considering the price, but even with the low prices, this company is still the BIGGEST RIP OFF IN HISTORY.
First off, there is absolutely no option to contact them (phone nor email) unless you create an account. I didn't need to create account to place order, so why do I have to create one to contact you!?!
Secondly, I'm unable to check status of the item I didn't receive. When you click on the E-Post link to track shipment, you get directed to a page with the following message "Sorry, there is no link to the page, or the page has been removed." WTF!
At this point, I just want the third item I purchased, since it's evident I will not get a refund. I placed order for my trip to Jamaica next month and it just so happens the dress I like the most is the one I didn't get!

Knew they were probably low quality because of the prices. Didn't know they were coming from China and that if there was a problem I would be responsible for shipping to CHINA! The shipping would be more than the items cost. The worst part is the hassle you have to go through. Luckily I only spent $50 bucks which I will eat rather than deal with the whole nuisance.

Do not buy anything from Rosegal. I bought my wife 2 sweaters from them and when they arrived the threading was coming undone. I reached out to Rosegal to complain with pictures showing the issues, they stated that these are not defective items. Then I was told that if I want to return them I will need to pay the freight to China (Did't know that was where they were located otherwise I never would have bought from them) and they would only issue me a store credit. Why would I want a store credit for a company out of China that makes crappy product?

Items LOOK GREAT online, but not worth it, even at that low cost (you get what you pay for). 1) Shipping takes long, coming from China. I ordered 6 tops, 5 shipped together, tight in one bag; not what I am used to when I order US brands. Every piece smelled HORRIBLY when I took it out of the bag. Quality is very poor and made sloppy, none had any tags in them regarding size, material id or washing instructions. Very disappointed. Let's see what the last piece looks like, when it finally arrives. Will NOT order from the again.

I have bought a dress for my girlfriend and when I have opened the package I have discovered that the dress has two big holes in it and a third one that was sewn. I have tried several times to place a request on the support.rosegal.com with all the requested details in order to change it or get my money back and every ticket (4 of them) comes back with the message:

Ordered a MEDIUM sweatshirt for Christmas but received a SMALL. Now I'm being told by TIFFANY (Customer Service Rep) that I can ship it back but first have to take an outrageous number of pictures and measurements to verify that I'm not lying. WTF?!? What company makes you do that? Just let me ship the d*** thing back with my receipt and you'll see that the size on the tag and the size on the receipt don't match. Not to mention, TIFFANY expects me to pay shipping for THEIR mistake!?! Are you out of your mind ROSEGAL? Then when I ask for a phone number so that I can speak with someone directly I get told that it is exceptionally out of order. Hmmmmmmm, isn't that just the biggest freakin coincidence TIFFANY?!? So tell me, how do you all receive and make business phone calls when your phone is out of order? I will NEVER order anything from this CHEAP CHEATING company again and I will be sure to post my experience along with other negative comments I've read on here all over my Social medial pages (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, blogger, Flickr) in hopes that others will not have the same unfortunate luck that I and so many others have had with this POS site.

VERY sub-quality! Will never buy from them again! EVER! It took a very long time to receive the 4 sweaters I ordered, and when they did come, they came in separate shipments several weeks apart. They looked good in the pictures, but when I received them, they were crumpled up in small packages. They smelled like mildewy burlap. The stitching was terrible, loose strings everywhere. Thin fabric, very poor quality! I can't state this enough. It's like a terrible joke. All I could say when I received each item was, "Are you kidding me?!" If I thought it would be resolved easily, I would request a full refund, including shipping, but I don't think it would be worth the headache. Just getting this warning out to anyone who might read it makes me feel a little bit better. They need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau. I wouldn't even give them one star if that were an option. I wish I could give them negative stars. I was ripped off by this company!

I ordered from Rosegal recently and I knew it was coming from China so the 4 week shipping time was expected. I also expected cheap clothes because I'm paying cheap prices. But that's what I wanted. Inexpensive clothes that were still cute to wear around the house. I checked the size charts and it says right on them basically that the sizes are sized to fit the average Chinese woman who is, child size. So I'm not a big person but I'm 5" 9 and a size 10 normally so I ordered xtra large. So I got the 3 shirts I ordered all bunched up and stuffed into the smallest mailing bag they could manage, (the postmark was from somewhere in New York and the package was so small, I was confused as to what it was until I opened it). Well one shirt didn't look anything like what I ordered which was a sweater, it had the same design on the sleeves but was a grey sweatshirt with a wide boatneck type neckhole cut out with no hem, it BARELY fits. And the other two I gave away, one to my 90 lb 13 year old daughter because it fits her perfectly, and the other to a similar size friend because I knew it would be futile to try to return them. So, your gambling if you order from these websites.

I placed an order mid November. I ordered five items. I received two items about two weeks ago and I am still waiting for the other three items! I received part of my order which was of such inferior quality that my daughter for whom it was a gift will not wear either item. From the reviews I read returning anything is hopeless.
