Do not shop here my order arrived and was nothing like the pictures absolutely nothing! One of the dresses was dirty the others were all different sizes, disgraceful material and shocking quality! Absolutely awful clothes that were not even close to their description! I am disgusted!
Honestly, I think some of the reviews on here are a little harsh - you're paying almost nothing for the clothes, I'm not sure what kind of quality people expect for the price. For what I paid, I felt most items were what I would have expected - two items I thought were a little sub-par, but then two others were way nicer than I would have expected. I ordered a total of 10 items - a mix of clothes and jewelry.
Yes, they have strings - so did all of my work uniforms. I don't find burning off a few strings that big of a deal. Sizing does run a little on the small side, but I'd be more likely to say that there's not really "vanity" sizing going on here like most retailers have, so if you're really a L and not a M, don't order M hoping to squeeze into it.
My biggest complaint was how long the products took to arrive, and I would imagine that any issues would be rather difficult to deal with since it's all coming from overseas. But for what I paid, I'm actually pretty content with what I received. I'm not expecting amazing quality at those prices... it's cheap stuff, but other than the strings that need to be taken care of, most of the quality seemed pretty similar to what I'd find at stores like Forever 21 and other cheap retailers.
If you want quality products, and you want them quickly, don't go here. If you're looking for something cheap to get you by for awhile, or on a very tight budget but could use a couple pieces to help you along, not a bad place to go.
This site is a scam. They didn't send me my whole order, the two items that arrived were the wrong size and HORRIBLY made and they didn't include a return receipt so I'm stuck with shoddy merchandise. They have taken my money and screwed me over and I will never order from here again. I'm so angry.

Buyer beware, stay away from this garbage site! You will never get what ordered, if you do get it (2 months later) it will not be like the cute item pictured - and no one ever resolves it. DO NOT BUY from them. I can't believe Facebook allows this stie to continue to post ads (I filed a report on them through FB) - that would help people from getting seriously ripped off. Buyer, beware - spend you money at reputable sites - remember, if the price is too good to be true it probably is. These China sites continue to keep cropping disguised as another store name, so be careful.

I wish I had read some of these reviews before placing an order, the reviews on here are super accurate in their disgust with this company.
None of the items I ordered came even close to fitting even though I ordered a larger size than I normally would. Plus terrible quality, a dress arrived with the black colour having bled into the lighter pink. There return policy is a joke, you either get store "coupons" no where near to the value of the original purchase price or you can pay to ship the items back to China for a refund. This includes items that are faulty, they refuse to give a full refund for something that has arrived in a condition that is not fit for wearing.
I can't stress enough that you avoid using this company.

Too small by far, trashy construction, trashy fabrics, no return policy at all. I have never ordered so much garbage from any company... RUN, don't walk, from this company... I have either thrown out all items, or donated them to charity (embarrassed to do so). Doesn't get any worse than this...

I ordered a dress mid August 2015 and, after much chasing up, received it on 23rd December 2015 - 4½ months later. The dress only vaguely resembles what I purchased and the quality of material and sewing is terrible. I also ordered a Large (size 12) and the dress is size 6.

Clothes were too small (I bought a size up assuming they would fit smaller and they were all skin tight or couldn't fit on my body)
Materials were CHEAP! Not at all like they look on the site.
The jeans I bought were good material but a 32 fit like a 30 or smaller.

This company looks like a good one from the website, but do not be fooled. First off, I order my item and it took 32 days to ship to me. When I open the item it was too small, and I bought a size up based on the sizing chart. That sizing chart is not accurate, runs very small, which isn't surprising after seeing as it shipped from China. When trying to exchange this product it was an incredible hassle of taking pictures and arguing with the company. They state on their website they will return it, but don't be fooled. In there book the customer does not come first, very frustrating dealing with their customer service. I would not recommend it.

I made two orders with Rose Gal. The first order came with in about a month. Although I was disappointed with the quality of the items, I didn't expect too much due to the low price tag. One shirt was so small I couldn't even get my arm in the sleeve. The fabrics are much much much thinner than they appear in the picture. One shirt appeared to be a T-shirt material and it was actually completely sheer. I made a second order, and I waited. After two months I contacted Rosegal and let them know I still have not received my order. They indicated to me that my order had been shipped and I should wait just a little longer and then contact them if it hadn't arrived. After another two weeks I contacted them once again and told him that I still have not received my order. They indicated that I should go to my post office to check if it was there. I contacted them three more times be I got a reply. Finally they replied full of apologies that the item is now out of stock and that I had received a credit to my account, rather than the refund I wanted. They also offered me "points" on my next order. I have yet to re-order because truly I doubt I'll ever receive anything. Do not order from this site, unless you have money to burn.
UPDATE:
Rosegal now responds as though they don't know my order number. I have emailed them over 10 times. They don't respond. They try to make nice but they never resolve anything. It's all just words.

If you'd like your item in the next year, you're better off going to the mall to pick something up. The customer service was polite but extremely unhelpful. I requested information on my item and since they never sent me a tracking number for my purchase, which it states that one will be given upon the date of shipment, I didn't get any information on an item that I purchased 50 days ago. Their clothing line is adorable but NOT worth the headache that you'll go through.

Ordered a large women's hoodie from Rosegal, it not only took about 40 days to get here, there is no way the item is a women's large, it probably won't even fit a tiny petite small women... very disappointed... want my money back, beware when ordering from here, their products look good on the web, but their sizing is all wrong, won't make that mistake again. I had purchased the clothes for a trip, however, the I received the clothes way after my trip. The items took over 24 days to receive. I had to purchase other clothes for my trip. While I was on my trip, the clothing arrived. Upon returning from my trip, I opened the clothes and quickly realized they are not the quality promised on rosegal website. So I received my dress that I had paid for expedited shipment. Not only is it the wrong size it is the wrong dress. Since when is plaid considered polka dots. Who can we report them to?
