I bought from rosegal a few times with no issues till my last order of 50$ My order consisting of a dress makeup brushes and hair extentions instead I received some stupid Chinese wall decal I emailed and they haven't done anyhing except tell me to contact dhl so I finally called after multiple emails between the two and dhl never even recieved my proper order They will not give me a refund or anything helpful I am now filing with paypal to get my money back

Don't throw your money away. Compromised quality, looks can be deceiving and they will make you pay shipping to return items even though they made a mistake. And don't forget you have to ship it back to China where the poor quality comes from.

I ordered 5 tops from this site on 11/27. Almost immediately chase fraud services called me questioning the order. I should have taken note then but I told them to let the charge through. Approximately 1 week later my credit card information was compromised and the only purchase I had made in the last month with that card was to Rosegal. I had to go through the hassle of ordering a new card and changing billing info here there and everywhere. Then half of my order finally came in 12/23. The clothing was of poor quality and nothing like the photos. One of the shirts actually ripped as soon as I tried it on. It is 1/13 and I am still waiting for the second half of my order. Not sure it matters, though, as I will likely be disposing of it anyways.

I ordered 3 items back in November. I still have only received 2 of three items. Two of the items I've recieved are very misleading compared to what they looked like on the site, the sizes don't fit me and do not coincide with their size chart. I have yet to get the dress I ordered and I feel as if I probably never will receive it after reading other reviews. I'll never buy anything from this site again. Even the items I have recieved are worthless, the material is cheap and poorly made. Very disappointed as the site made the clothes seem to be much better than they really are.

Rosegal is a joke to order from. I ordered an item and it didn't fit. I needed to return it. It is the hardest, most irritating experience I've had to deal with for an online shopping company. They are crooks and unreasonable to deal with. You would think I was trying to deal with IRS. They keep saying they did not receive the return even though I have all the proof that I did and it was received by them. Do not order from this online store!

Do not order from this company. Tried to resolve issues thru paypal because no response from online chat or support site. Was told thru paypal to return to address in China. Was going to cost $87.35 to return items that were terrible. Items would fit children not adults... material was garbage and the worst customer service ever!

I previously put in a review with one star, but I removed it because I eventually did receive my order. My order did look like the items I ordered, however two of the items were made of decent materials, and two were not so good. Also I ordered medium size, I am 5'3" and 125 lbs, so I range from small to medium size. I didn't want to order something too large on me... well instead I got a top that makes me look like a wiener wrap. If you decide to give them a try, order one or two sizes larger than your normal size. Anyway, all things considered, I will not be ordering from this company anymore.
So many things & such great prices! I've only had one issue when one of my items was no longer in stock. I was contacted asap and refunded within a few days. I even have the app on my phone! Great service and great products!
I've been trying to get a refund on 2 shirts that I ordered because their size chart is WAY off and their 'warranty' guidelines state that if you send pictures with a ruler and show that it was their error they will refund and take care of the return. I've been going back and forth with them since the beginning of December 2015 and it's now halfway through January 2016. They are telling me that I ordered the wrong size so it's my responsibility to pay for return shipping and this is only when I actually get a response since most of the time i have to email 3-4 times before I get a response from anyone and it takes over a week for someone to reply. Terrible company, it's a joke and a scam.

I ordered a few products from Rosegal during the holidays. One of the items was a women's sweatshirt which cost $23 and was made very poorly. The size was a women's medium and the arm lengths couldn't fit a child. My wife could not fit into the sleeves at all. So I wrote back to them on their support center to return the item since it was a bad fit and after about 10 emails back and forth, they told me I had to take pictures of the product to make sure it was faulty and that I was to cover the shipping costs in order to get a refund back on my credit card. However, the item needed to be shipped to China which would've cost me over $50 so obviously the product is better off kept than returned. Complete scam and I hope they go out of business. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

They shipped little girl clothes when I requested xl. They never sent purchase confirmation. The clothes in no way resemble those I selected. When I returned the items, I never received my credit even though I have proof of delivery to them. They are making a fortune off scamming their customers and steps need to be taken to shut them down. They ought to be ashamed.

I ordered a jacket about 2 months ago. The jacket I received ended up not even looking like the jacket on the website I ordered. I looked at the sizing for the jacket and order the one I knew would fix. I got it in the mail (over a month late) and the thing didn't even fit. One arm was longer than the other too. Not going to even both sending it back. Who knows how long that would take to even get my money back or a different jacket. I buy a lot of clothing online and this was by far the worst experiance I've ever had. I will never buy here again and I have no problem telling others to do the same.

This company is a scam so quickly to receive payment but yet never received refund cancelled my order on there own and as i said repeatedly I used a pre paid card therefore I cannot get my refund I don't have card anymore I asked to even send other items of the same value or mail me a Cheque of the refund this has been going on back and forth with no resolution Custer service horrible

My items that I ordered ran smaller than advertised. The arms of the hoodie I ordered were sewn inside out and the hood is too small to be raised to cover your head. The material was not as specified. Uneven sewing and flimsy stitching. So the item does not hang correctly. The rest holds true for the other items ordered. From the time of purchase and shipping time was over a month. (Order date 11/19, received items after 1/03). Items are shipped by freight land based.

The worst online business online. I ordered 5 items and can only wear 2 of them. I tried to call but customer support would not answer so i contacted them by email and got an auto respone. They want me to take pictures. Pictures of what?* my breast and arms that will not fit through the clothing. I am a bit appalled because they do not send you a return shipping label so that is strike 1. My biggest problem is false advertising. I ordered a dress and it is not the same one they display on their website. You can tell that someone sitting in a labor shop went to work trying to make it just like the picture. The fabric was different, the sleeves were shorter and tight where my arm would not fit, threads were hanging from the dress, and it was a size medium. They said it was a one size fits all so how is that a medium. I only weigh 130 lbs and cant fit the clothes. I ordered my dresses based on appearance and not on price alone. This place should be banned. I am going to help them out and post on twitter, instagram, facebook, pintrest, any medium i can to get the word out. A customer should never have to take pictures, do measurements, and beyond to get a credit or a refund. Saying it is the wrong size or that you dont like it should be enough. Rosegal this one is for you, i plan on destroying you since i can get a refund on my words alone.
