Ordered items in size XL as i thought they might fit small and i prefer a looser fit. I cant even get them on, they fit like a size small To return them would cost between $50-$80 so would at least half of what i spent on the items and from reviews on other sites, might not even receive any refund. Guess I learned a valuable lesson, will give them away to someone very tiny who they might fit. The quality isnt that great either. Dont expect they will last long. Also have no tags saying what they are made of so your guess is as good as mine.
They replied wanting me to send photos showing actual measurements. They know their clothing is NOT in line with the measurements they post. And I would still have to ship back at my expense, which makes it impractical to do. Just going to lose more than half my money if I send them back, and then if they only issue credit, there is nothing I want on their site, nothing will fit so what is the point.
I had ordered my items before reading all the reviews and I have to say that I was extremely nervous and prepared myself for disappointment. I was so surprised when my order came in just over a week. It was a partial shipment but they did offer an expected shipping date for the remaining items.
I had ordered 9 bustier and 2 wigs. 7 of the lingerie items were shipped and one wig. The items were exactly as pictured on the website and the construction was solid! The wig... eh. It was good. It did not look as nice on me and the quality was not exceptional but it wasn't bad either.

So like it says in the title; read reviews before buying from Rosegal or anywhere online for that matter that sells clothing for dirt cheap cause you WILL get what you pay for. I experienced this just recently when I ordered $80 dollars worth of clothing from Rosegal which I have to mention I just received 2 months after being shipped, so if you plan to order anything and want it at a certain time I suggest ordering well in advance (0 of out 10 for shipping). Now for my clothing review; there was only one thing in my order that I may actually wear and the others well lets just say they looked nothing like the pictures online. I ordered a cardigan and received what looks like a knitted rag (only word I can think of sorry). There are strings dangling from every seam, there was definitely very little effort in making this look even slightly like the picture. The next item was some tights! Okay maybe I could wear these for Halloween but I would probably need to wear something under it so that it is not see through. The waist band is again nothing like the picture, instead of it being roughly 2 inches wide its maybe half an inch at most and the material is thin and shiny which I absolutely would not be caught dead wearing. Last but not least another sweater! Okay common when you send a customer something that you would want them to like and would expect them to say something good on a review then don't send something I could find better at a dollar store! Instead I received what looks like a cheap fleece/ who knows what kind of material that has no proper neckline stitching and just overall nothing I would want to wear or give as a gift. I have emailed the customer service department so we shall see what they have to say. I definitely do not want to pay money to send it back to them as this would be the same cost for the value of quality of clothing. And maybe they will refund me who knows when Most likely with a credit? No thank you. Usually when I return something I most likely will not buy from the same place! I am sure not all the clothing is that bad like I said there is one thing in my order that I am okay with yet not 100% satisfied with. So my verdict is Do not buy clothes online, take the time to go into a store, try it on, verify refund policy and buy something you like!

I wrote a review on the actual Rosegal site but I'm sure it wasn't posted because I put them on blast. I placed an order somewhere around Thanksgiving. 2 items... shipped separately,, ok, tha's fine. I received my boots. The CHEAPEST things I have ever seen in my life. Like walking on cardboard. I will be donating them. Still haven't received my "cardigan",,, which I'm really looking forward to now, seeing some of these other reviews, haha. So it's now been almost 2 months since I ordered. Also, I had no idea these were coming from China. They conveniently put that in very fine print, I'm sure. DO NOT order from this company. If you wonder why the items are so cheap,,,, it's because they are made cheap, and you will wait forever for some crappy clothes. Do yourself a favor and spend a bit more for quality clothing.

Bad stitching, quality is awful: i opened the package and the sweater and tshirt had a lot of loose thread hanging that i had to cut off. It's crap and it doesn't look like the pictures on their site. It's not the right fit and it smells chemical.

This site is a total scam. The clothes are cheap and they sent me all the wrong sizes. They won't refund and make it nearly impossible to return anything conveniently. The warranty is ridiculous. They want a return 30 days after delivered yet half my order came one day and the other came TWO MONTHS later. It's almost like they just give whatever size they have. So far all three of my orders were the wrong one. Please don't get scammed like I did! Besides its from Hong Kong. If they even accept the return - you have to ship t with your money. It's not even worth it. Totally a scam!

Update: FINALLY received my items over a month after purchasing. Their tracking system sucks. There was no event logged since 1-03 and i didnt receive anything until 1-17 so i assumed it was lost and then it winds up at my door. I ordered two jackets. The "leather" jacket was the cheapest ive ever seen and the cargo jacket with hook is as thin as a long sleeved shirt... plus it's tiny and i order a medium so it would fit looser... i cant even fit a hoodie underneath and there's no way that joint is keeping me warm even in the summertime.
Dont order from rosegal, they suck. Now i have to pay for shipping back to china and it'll probably be another month before i receive my refund, if any.

The shirts came within 3weeks. But the shirts delivered as Medium measured smaller than a small. I filled out the email to request instructions for return and the site just hangs up saying the verification code is incorrect. We will see how PayPal handles it.
The shoulder was 13" not 15.3", the bust was 31.5" not 34.63" etc. etc.
No email, no phone number, just a dead end.

I purchased two items from Rosegal from images on the internet and when I received the items I was shocked at how poorly made they were. And how different they were from the images posted, the sizes were incorrect too with no labels or sizes on the items. I received a refund after countless emails back and forth but lost $40 on return shipping.
I payed a little extra to have my order arrive within 3-5days that was on the 9th of this month. I went to check the progress and it says one of the items have even been shipped. I tried calling the number for customer service and no one answered also the voice mail was FULL so I couldn't leave a message. That don't have an email address (weird) so I tried calling them again and it went straight to voice mail. Who the hell runs this site, I need to speak with someone. This is the first time I've bought from this place and I will not be returning it seems they truly just take your money and make it impossible to get a hold. If I'm out $50 I will be livid and I promise you I will be contacting anyone and everyone in order to get my money back.

I wish I could give a negative rating for this company because that's all they deserve. The WORST online shopping experience I have ever encountered. I am bewildered as to how they are still in business.
I placed an order with Rosegal after a reoccurring advertisement kept popping up on my web pages. The clothes looked great and were very cheap which should have been my first warning. I didn't have the wherewithal to do my due diligence and read up on this company. Otherwise I would have never ordered from them in the first place as you can see from the reviews. So many things are wrong about this company, here's my breakdown:
1. Customer service does NOT get back to you within 24 hours like the website promises. It took anywhere from a few days, to a week, to a few weeks for customer service to followup on my ticket orders.
2. It took almost two months for me to get my entire order.
3. When I did, the clothes were so cheap, lightweight and not at all what it looked like in the pictures.
4. The sizing is not accurate at all. I even ordered two of the same articles in different colors and they both fit differently.
5. After initially requesting that I wanted a full refund when I hadn't even received my entire order, I was told to wait until all the items come in and follow up. Two months later, I am still in the process of trying to return my items which go back to China so figure the shipping (which of course the buyer is responsible for) is not even going to be worth what I originally paid.
Do not even waste your time. I am so fed up with dealing with this company but even more disappointed for Paypal working with such a disingenuous, irresponsible, disloyal company.

I ordered two dresses for my wife for our trip to Jamaica on December 29th. It is now January 14 and it hasn't arrived. In order to check the status of an order you have to send your inquiry online, you can't call anyone to check on the status. I had a bad feeling about these guys based on their website and prices, and these other reviews confirm my suspicions that this probably nothing more than a boiler room operating out of someone's house who gets shipments occasionally from China. My advice to anyone would be to avoid startups or unknown companies selling cheap junk online. Stick with the known, reputable retailers we all know, even if it's a little more money you certainly get what you pay for.

I had ordered a dress and a swimsuit in the beginning of September. In October I sent 3 different emails inquiring about my order. In November I sent 3 different emails. Nothing.

I ordered 2 shirts and held my breath... about a month and a half later one shirt showed up. I won't comment on quality because for what I paid, well you get what you pay for, however the size was a joke! I don't know if they are using different measuring tapes at their facility but there is no way this garment was built for the size it specified. Gave it to a much smaller friend and she was happy with the gift so that's a win?!
Second shirt never arrived, but because the first one took so long I assumed I might see it by summer... haha nope! They just cancelled the order. They send along a list of possible reasons to truly cover all of their bases! See below.

I ordered 3 items from this company. They came fairly quickly, but as stated by others the clothing would only fit a small child. A dress that was the same length as the shirt I ordered. And the shirt, I ordered a Medium although I am usually a small, it is too small still! Not worth trying to return. When comparing the actual item to the item in the picture... you can see through the fabric of the items I received. They are extremely poor quality!
