We ordered a dress for my daughter and it was too small and very cheap looking. When I tried to return it you cant get through on the phone mainly only by email they wanted all kinds of pics and other info. I explained the dress is not damaged just too small. After all the frustration I decided to just suck it up and jeep the dress luckily it was only $23 wasted but still an awful company will never buy from them again.

You are basically making a payment and not getting what you expect, product wise, and customer service e wise. I've been waiting 2 months now. And have no idea IF I'm getting my package. And at this point am not so worried because I'm not expecting anything nice anyway. After reading the reviews I've lost hope. By the sounds of it. I don't know what type of company won't take responsibility for any issues that arise when a customer is not satisfied and did not receive product that was ordered and paid for. I ordered three dresses for an event hoping one of them would work. The two that I received were terrible quality and were not as pictured on the website. The third dress I ordered I never received. I contacted Rosegal twice as well as the carrier. Nothing came of it and Rosegal refused to give me a refund. Someone needs to take responsibility of this issue and return the money. This is not good business practice. It's only going to turn customers away. Step up and take responsibility if you want customers to return!

I can not state strongly enough! Do NOT buy from this website. Clothing is absolute trash. Items are completely misrepresented. Jumper came unattached at crotch. Material of "Cardigans" was so cheap, they were see through. Strings hanging, hems sewn improperly. Some items has horrible smell. After wasting hours taking pictures and writing details of what was wrong on every item (to both rosegal and my credit card fraud company), I realized it would cost me well over $100 to ship back. Of course they know this and are fully aware that it will cost too much to return the items. Even if I did incur the cost of return shipping, they would not give full refund. The positive reviews on this site are to raise the rating. There is no way a legitimate customer is giving this company more than 2 stars. Like other reviewers said, if it sounds too good to me true, it is! I will cut and paste this review to as many sites as I can to warn others and stop this company from praying on American consumers.

I, like so many others where disappointed in the quality. I didn't receive any paperwork to return the item. I emailed the site, and they want me to take pictures with a tape measure and send it to them. REALLY... just issue a Return Authorization so I can never order from them again.

You are throwing your money away if you order from this company! I SO wish that I would have researched the company before I ordered from them. I will never make that mistake again. It's been 2 months since I ordered my sweater from Rosegal and I still have not received my order. Several weeks after I had ordered & still hadn't heard a peep from them, I started getting nervous & researched the company. Wow. They suck! So I went to their website & saw that my order hadn't even been shipped. I then emailed several times & tried to call, with no response. Finally I got an email response, weeks later. They said that they would cancel my order. But that was not the case. They "shipped" it anyway. Customer service basically said too bad when I explained that they sent an email to me saying the order was cancelled.
A month later... still haven't seen my order. Nice. I believe that's called fraud. Why do FB & others still advertise for this company?! Lame.

I waited for a "dress" nearly 2 months! Finally it came- the lace was ripped and it was not a dress at all, very short, terrible quality, poorly made, I paid $16 for a -literally- a piece of trash. Sent them pictures of product and asked for refund. 3 times. They replied after 2 months! - to give them number on the package. Just told them go f yourselves, who would keep goddamn package for months? Plus "dress" was already in the bin, didnt want to have at home something so horrible, do not order-ever.

I ordered from this site and paid for fast shipping. After I didn't hear from them I contacted them and was told my item was on back order and that it wouldn't arrive for 6+ weeks, even though I paid for 3-7 day shipping. They told me to make another choice or to wait. And I said that I would prefer my money back since if I were to order another item I would have no way of knowing if it were on back order or not. They stopped responding. I've sent three more messages about asking when I will receive my money back on my credit card and still nothing. Very disappointed.

Yes, the clothes are cheaply made...
Yes, the clothes are VERY cheap in price.
No, there are no delivery specifics on website (Red Flag).
Yes, it will be a huge pain for returns (If allowed).
Don't bother to exchange (it'll take approx 8 months).
Your clothes will arrive around 4 months.
We got exactly what we paid for. The problem is that many of you, like myself, are angry that we've been had! The best thing is to learn this lesson and share with others so they do NOT make the same mistake. Writing a 10 page blast review would be easy but who's the real fool? The one who admits their fault or the one RAGING that the $4.33 sweater they received is not real cashmere or the dress is stitched poorly? Live and learn guys, I had to.
