Bad news

Very bad experience... the clothes are absolutely kids size and shoes are the same... is unbelievable that they actually use the sizes they use online because they are KIDS sizes and I have no idea how you return that and I don't even feel like being bothered with that

This sucks!

I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. I was super excited to get my package ( a month after I placed my order!) only to find the quality was really bad. The navy blue sweatshirt was purple and the beige sweater was a terrible dark brown. The materials were sooooo thin and cheap looking. String are hangin off the buttons and the waist is saggy. Two of the four shirts I ordered I guess I'll just wear around the house. The other two will get donated because I'll never wear them. I am extremely disappointed. I'm not going to order any clothes online again.

Horrible Service

I ordered 4 items from here. I ordered the 3-7 days shipping and it took 2 weeks to get to me. Then only 2 items were delivered, which looked nothing like the pictures online. I had my wish list full of items I was going to get needless to say I deleted everything. The items were poor quality, had to tags, no receipt inside the shipping envelope, Nothing just the items. The other 2 items, one is out of stock so they offered me a refund fine no biggie until THEY cancel my order and tell me that I have to pay 1/2 of what I payed for the item as a shipping fee. Are you kidding me?! One you didn't ship the item, 2. The company no longer carries the item, so how is that my fault? Then you call customer service and the rep doesn't understand English and cannot explain to you why you are being charged for something that you as the customer had no control over. Then I asked for a supervisor and of course one is not available. The other item they wont tell me if their going to have it back in stock or not. This is a horrible website. I should have checked the rating before purchasing anything,

I have had the worst experience with this site ever. I bought a sweater and a hoodie from them. I ordered 3-7 day shipping and it did not arrive until 15 days after I ordered it. The sweater was very poor quality, and the hoodie did not look anything like the picture. When I submitted a ticket to return it they made me jump through hoops to try to return them. They then cancelled the ticket before it resolved and prevented me from submitting a new ticket. Submitting a ticket is a joke as well as the message "wrong access code keeps popping up even though the access code I entered was correct. Then I tried calling the phone number they provided did not work when I called. The chat did not work. They do everything to make sure you will not be able to return your items. Frauds.

I received my order today a sweater spliced dress with sweater twinset. I went in to create a ticket (to request information on returns) and I tried 8 times to submit it and it won't allow me. Then I called the number for customer service and it said the magic jack customer I am trying to reach is unavailable! I can't submit a claim and I can't reach customer service. I feel scammed. All I want to do is return the dress (only one of three items I purchased) and I hit roadblock after roadblock. The sweater is knitted and I received it unraveling and the dresses pleats are uneven. And the sweater itself is uneven everywhere.

I ordered a dress on their website since September 11th of last year. It never got sent and they were supposed to give me credits towards buying something else. It was only $15 but that's money I work hard for and it's quite annoying when my money goes to waste. I've decided that I will never order anything from a fraudulent company like this ever again.

DO YOUR RESEARCH PEOPLE, I'M REALLY GLAD I ONLY ORDERED A $15 DRESS FROM THEM

So bad on me for not checking the reviews before I place 2 orders but I was taken by the great pictures and prices! Ordered in November and it just arrived, one thing arrived a few weeks back. I order a cute black jacket but it turns out it's a mix of black and navy blue (what ever fabric was available). The other was an army green canvas with some brown additions (that turned out to be more orange than brown) Oh and the sizing is way off. My size medium is way too tight and I can usually wear small. But not sure it's worth the time and energy to try to return, if they even allow returns. Hopefully they'll make someone happy when I donate them to a shelter.

Still Waiting

I placed my order over a week ago with standard 3 - 5 business days shipping. My order still hasn't arrived (or left the warehouse) as far as I can tell. I should have ready the reviews prior to making my order. From the sounds of other reviews, I should not hold out hope on my order ever making it to me or being of any quality whatsoever.:-(

Tried to get on your site to let you know that you sent me the wrong dress, your website is not acknowledging the complaint. I am a first time time customer and probably the last, will not use your site again. The fabric of the garment is different to what is on the packaging, as well as a completely different style to what was ordered. After five and half weeks wait, very disappointed.

Very pleased

I'm so surprised to read all these bad reviews. This is my second order with Rosegal and I'm even happier than the first time. The dresses came very quickly, the quality was better than I expected. I ordered 12 dresses in all. 3 were a bit big, but can be easily fitted, and 1 was a bit cheaper than I thought it would be. The rest are great, a few are even amazing! I had to send a message to Rosegal concerning my order initially and it was easy, simple and very polite. I will certainly order from them again!

I have tried to contact customer support twice with no response. My log in is now not working and the phone number listed is out of service. I ordered a Christmas gift on November 27th 2015, now January 18th 2016, still no product Terrible company. Terrible customer service. Had I read reviews before ordering I would never have placed an order. Waste of money.

Fraudulent company

BUYER BEWARE: No where on their web site do they say they are based in China. All models in the pics are American women. Their sizes are for Asian women, not American women. I received an item soiled; a friend received an item with the lace not fully sewn on. If you try to return an item, they expect 2 week delivery but they do not guarantee YOU 2 week delivery. My return delivery cost would be more than the cost of the merchandise purchased due to their insistence that it be returned to China. I had to get PayPal involved for Rosegal to even respond to my complaints.

I ordered in early December and I still have not received my order on Jan 18th. I have tried to contact them and they shut off communication. Do not ever Order from this company! They not only don't delive or refund but they won't communicate!

Now they are trying to get me to delete this review for a free gift! I can't even get my original order how can I expect to get a free gift? Either way... I stand by my review. Horrible customer service. Still waiting for my order!

Do not order from Rosegal. It will take several weeks to get your items, the quality is awful and material very thin. Sizing is based more on child than adult. I only received 1/2 of my order but charged for all of it. Tried to resolve on line but they want pictures of items and for me to measure them. Don't they already have this? It took 6 weeks for them to respond. I feel like they are making it very difficult to get a refund. I'm disputing with my credit card. I've given up on returning items because they refuse to give me a return number, so I will just cut my losses and let everyone else know how awful they are and I will continue to dispute the whole amount charge since I didn't receive all items.

Finally resolution!

What they advertised for the coat ordered & what was actually sent are 2 different qualities, materials & color. Then they won't speak to you on the phone.

But today they finally agreed to refund me for the coat. I'm glad they are finally taking responsibility & providing the type of service that would make a person want to return as a customer. You never want to feel swindled & after ongoing dialog & pictures, you now have a happy consumer

The bad reviews for this website are endless and I have to add to the infinite low ratings. I wish I could give no stars. I ordered at the beginning of Dec. And have yet to receive my item and I expect to be disappointed when or if I ever do. There doesn't seem to be any way to contact them but PayPal is looking into it for me. Buy American!
