I bought a pair of pants from rose gal. I have a photo of what I purchased off the website and I have a picture of what I received in the mail and it is very very obvious it is not the item I hoped for. When I tried to return these items to rosegal, they told me I'd have to send them back to China when the items were sent to me from New Jersey. Everything was a run around. Nothing was a simple process. I still have these items as it was not worth the return. F this company!

I bought my daughter a coat in her usual size and it was way too small. I'm trying to return for a refund and I've gotten nothing but hassle and ridiculous requests--such as pictures and measurements!
I've already spent a lot of time completing their ridiculous form, twice. And have had no results. The pic, which I already tried once to send, and the measurements, using a ruler and a tape measure, are the most recent request from them. What kind of nonsense is this?
I don't recommend purchasing anything from Rose Gal unless you are willing to just absorb the cost if it doesn't fit.
I would appreciate any tips on how to get my money refunded.

Have ordered twice from rosegal and had no problems, 1st order came very quickley much quicker than i expected considering the distance shipped. 2nd order most items came in same time frame had to wait for 1 item while new stock came in, contacted the service desk to see when expected and was answered very quickley (you have to allow for time difference when they answer). The items i have ordered have been great quality especially considering how good the prices are and the sizing has been good if you follow the size guides on each item. Ive had no problems and will be ordering again.
I've ordered 3 dresses for my daughter and when they arrived they didn't fit well and the material is very thin and super cheaply made. I'm trying to contact these people and I can't get through them, I'm trying to send the pictures to them like they asked and it keeps saying false extension and the phone # they give is a fake phone # that nobody answers. I'm trying to get the address to send back the items and they make you go through an extreme amount of steps to try to get the address. It's insane! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM ROSEGAL. EVER!

After contacting Rosegal on 4 different occasions to request a full refund for a pair of stretch leggings that would have only fitted a child, I have finally received a partial refund to my credit card. I purchased the product on October 13th and I received a partial refund of $21.66 on January 29th.
Not good enough! I will never buy from this company again and will be contacting my credit card company to see if they will refund the balance.

I received the merchandise about 2 months after the order (after I sent threatening e-mails). Then it came in a Medium and I ordered and XL (knowing that the sizes were much smaller that US sizes). Now it is MY responsibility to return it to them (with my money) for a refund. Are you kidding me! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! This is a scam. Any reports on here of "true to size" or "nice products" are a lie. Theses are fake reviews. I promise you that. I wish I could give zero stars.
Update: Rosegal DID refund me the cost of my dress. I did not have to send it back at my expense. I was pleased with the way this was resolved in the end.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM. They make clothes in one size but put different labels with different sizes on them. They do not respond to you for requests for help. Had to leaveca star or this won't post, but the company isn't even worth that one.
It is now Jan 26 & thanks to PayPal who I made the purchase through... they got me a refund. Yes it is a partial refund, & get to keep the clothes, but the difference will offset the shipping costs to return the clothes, so I don't have to pay the $22.00 return shipping. RoseGal says if I remove my poor review they will send me a gift... yeah right! The review stands. Crappy company, crappy customer service. They sent me a gift... a broken pair of earrings! Yup same quality as all of their other products.

Wrong size received. Went through the return process online, however, I am unable to complete and submit the request. To complete the request you need to enter your email and password. I do not have an account / password for this site.
UPDATE: upon posting my review on SiteJabber I was immediately contacted by RoseGal and a refund was issued to my bank account within 24 hours! Changing my rating to a 5!
Placed two multiple item orders back in October. First package arrived about 6 weeks later. Items were of horrible quality, felt like tissue paper and looked nothing like the pictures. Tried many times to contact them to cancel existing orders with no success. Following orders were just as bad. Final item was finally shipped out 2 weeks ago. After trying many times to contact Rosegal I finally put in a claim with paypal. This was also denied, I wish I could've returned items for a refund but that was never offered as an option. Quality is too poor to even donate, complete garbage. I'm out about $200.

Add me to the list of unhappy customers. The return policy is the worst and wish I had read it before ordering. The hats are the only thing that fit. Their clothes are clearly sized for tiny Asian women, not us big americans. Their medium is like a size 2. The dress was poorly made, no lining and the fit was horrible. The waist was on my ribs and my first hint should have been that they show pics of the dresses instead of pics of the dresses on an actual person. The pleats in the front makes it look like you are hiding a bear under your dress. Still going back and forth on emails with them just trying to get an address in China. They really want you to just keep the crap and accept their measley offer of an $8.00 credit. Just horrible, no one has time for this crap. I'll drive up to Macy's anyday before I will ever order from them again. Also still waiting on an item I ordered before the other items I did finally get.

Fast delivery - Good quality - Accurate sizing!
I ordered a women's corset from Rosegal and when the product arrived i was amazed. Not only did it come fast, within 3 weeks, and mind you it was Christmas and New Year time... so fast, but also the quality was really good and the size was 100% accurate. Also I find it very helpful that they have free shipping included, because I am from a small country in Europe, called Macedonia, and a lot of times when I try to order sth, it says we don't deliver in your country, so high five for that as well. :)
Once i had a problem with a lane bryant sweater that smelled like body oder. This can happen when garmet items are stored in plastic for shipping from original manufactuer. This is probably what reviewers are experiencing, the smell is really awful. I'd say put this company out of business. Whose to say the people filling the orders can read the orders, as in english as a second language. If i ever get my order, i won't bother with return, although i have gotten good value in clothing from china, apparently this is not one of those companies. Why do third world countries think that americans can be scamed? Zz**************

Absolutely ridiculous! No one should EVER buy from this store, they're total Rip offs, I'm still waiting on the other half of my order which is 2 weeks late already and I paid for fast shipping! Material is so thin and smells cheap, the clothes are not even close to what they advertise on their site, colours are way off and so are the sizes. Bottom line - these people are thieves!
