I placed and order in November of 2015. Two Items... simple right? 65 days later I get my first item and its the cheapest thing ever and was falling apart when I took it out of the package. It is now Jan 26th 2016... 70+ days since I placed the order and still have not seen my second item. They have awful service and I have complained so many times. All they had to say was "sorry you picked standard shipping 10-45 days" Im not even sure it will be woth trying to get a refund because they are such a pain to work with. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!
If you want affordable clothing and quality, go to forever 21 or h & m where you're able to return without someone asking you to use a tape measure to measure yourself and take pictures before they can consider giving you a return label. Worst nightmare ever, the quality of the clothes you see online is not what you get and they run small. It also took some time for me to received my package and I was honestly disappointed. I should've read the reviews before placing my order so do not make the same mistake. DON NOT THINK TWICE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

I ordered three items and two of the items were shipped after writing so many messages. One of the item wasn't shipped at all. I waited for whole month for the shipment to be accomplished.
They were always finding excuses like, the item is not available in stock, it will be here on that date and when the date would come, the items weren't available yet! I mean, if you don't have the items in stock, why posting them on your site?
After a month i got the items, to be exact i got them yesterday. One of the item was with one mistake and wasn't as described on the picture and the other product was sent two sizes larger. Note: When i sent them pictures with the item and tape with the measurements they only said they could refund me 4$ on my rosegal wallet. The item cost me 27$ and they want to refund me 4$? I mean please! I don't wan't your pitiful 4$!
I am ordering so many years and this is something i have never experienced so far. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and BAD QUALITY for the prices they are offering. I am definitely returning to Ebay. At least they can keep customer by admitting mistake if it's made by returning your money directly on your Paypal account.

It's been over 3 months since I purchased and I still haven't got most items yet.
Who can wait any longer? So I did ask to give me refund but they have not, even asked me back to search the tracking number. What a f**k, why would I.

So its been 5 months. They say my order was shipped but I never received it. Started asking for a replacement 2 months after the order should have been received, took them another 2 to finally say yeah sure we'll resend it. I was told 3-7 days i needed to wait to receive my email about the order being shipped. That was 15 days ago. They try to offer site credit. Why would I want to shop with credit? You havent proven to me that you can send anything out but excuses. NEVER going to shop from this site again.

I had ordered a popular jacket from the site in November of 2015, it was on backorder and the customer service staff was very speedy in response and forthcoming in the reason for my product not being shipped accordingly. They offered compensation of the product in form of another item at equal or higher value. I received my jacket shortly after as I chose to wait it out. It is of great quality and surprisingly looks like the picture! Its hit or miss I guess!

It is nearly impossible to return an item to this company and if you try it takes an incredible amount of time and screwing around! They have ZERO customer service nor respect for their customers! I have been trying to return a wig I purchased SINCE January 12th, its the 25th today! Ive asked the same questions in several emails such as a direct number (the one online is fake), says you have to return paperwork with the item which I never received so will get my full refund, how do I write a review so no one else gets suckered into this site. When I try it says I need to purchase it first I spent $70.00 on this! What a joke. They do not pay for you to ship it you pay out of pocket which is expensive. The picture online looked nothing like it did in person (especially the bangs)! I'm beyond angry! DON'T GIVE A PENNY TO THIS FRAUDULENT SITE! I'm going to write Facebook and notify them. So many people see this on Facebook and get tricked. Rosegal also comments on here to act like they deliver good service and "care". THEY DON'T! I have never encountered a site that makes it so difficult for their customers to return... OH WAIT that's because all they want in money!

I have been using Rosegal for two years now and have made seven orders consisting of a total of 19 products. I have only had complaints of one product to which they messaged me to fix the problem. I also did'nt receive an order at one point and after a few messages back and forth ( no more than 5 five) they resent my order. Ther Admins always respond within 24 hours offering a solution to your problem and their points system make the shopping experience a little more fun with the oppertunity to receive you orders at a discount. I will continue to shop on Rosegal.com and have reccomended to site to friends aswell
Several months before items arrive, all are cheap, fake copies that HARDLY RESEMBLES the ones they try to sell (which are just pictures copied from other sites), sizes are like children sizes, materials are not the same, they just send you a package directly from the factory and you never even get a confirmation on the order. You cant send anything back or get any money back. Keep away from this company!
Update: After this post I was able to get a partial refund (also offered total refund if I send all the items back on my expenses (to China)).
The only positive thing I can say is that they response quickly.

I had one order where I purchased 1 long sleeve top and 1 sweater sounds easy, right? They were shipped separately at different times and I was given 2 tracking codes after paying additionally for them. You can only track them to the US warehouse and no further. I ordered both in a XL because I am a Medium and I knew the sizes would run small. After waiting for 2 1/2 months I received my long sleeve top. It was extremely cheaply made, I could hold it up to the light and see through it, it also looked like an XS even though the tag said XL, some parts of the top were not even sown completely together. After waiting 3 months I still did not receive my sweater. After beating around the bush, back and forth email with customer service they admitted that they had lost it and wanted to give me credit back for their website towards another purchase. I refused, stating I wanted my money put back on my pay pal account because I wasn't shopping with them again. After waiting another additional 3-4 months I received my refund. It was the worst experience I have EVER had with online shopping. Complete waste of 6-7 months of my time, money and effort. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

The dress that I got was extremely cheap. And yet, was way too much money for what I got. This was extremely poor quality, took over two months to ship. I got a dress and then it got taken down from the website so I can't even get a return. I got a simple white dress and it literally looks like an extra long pillow case.

I would choose negative stars if I could. When I placed my order I wasn't aware it would be coming from China! The clothes you see on the website and what you receive are not the same! The quality of the material is extremely poor. My order was $70.00, it is going to cost $50.00 to ship it back. Rosegal needs to clearly state they are an international company and returning items will cost almost as much as your purchase. Very disappointed!

I ordered a top 6 months ago and have contacted this company (following their own policies) and heard nothing back. Oh occasionally they will send an enail with the same exact instruction I've done 3 other times before. They are a scam and many of the Asian companies on Pinterest are all scams. I was scammed over an MK purse too. Don't buy from this company. Buy on Ebay and they have policies in place to safely shop.

I ordered AFTER reading the reviews and I took a chance. I need cheap stuff for a vacation in June so this was perfect. I ordered large sizes because I've had experience with Chinese sizing before. I also paid with PayPal, so if I never get my order, PayPal protects me. Also got expedited shipping and shipping insurance. Don't blame your ignorance on the company. You should know better than to order something from China and expect great quality. That's why it's all so cheap. And the size chart is listed on every item. There are also reviews on some of the most popular items, some with pictures. Be a smart shopper, make smart choices, and once again, don't blame the company for your ignorance.
Update: I decided to contact customer service because I had not received a tracking number. I provided them with my order number and they gave me the tracking information and the shipping companies information. They are very prompt with their replies also. My order is currently in Honolulu. Very excited to see what everything is like.
I did two orders in this shop. I was happy with items even they are not 100% same as the image, but they are nice. The problem came when they sold me a COMPLETELY DIFERENT ITEM. It was not as if it has the colors slightly diferent or the size is not 100% accurate. The worst is that I wrote a review in their site and they didn't publish it. At the end with the customer support, I get my money back. I would suggest to buy here but you should know that it wouldn't be an easy buy, maybe you have to deal with problems like mine, or maybe not.
