Like I said... its hit or miss, and since coming from china, expect a long time for shipment. Since items are so cheap... I tend to buy 5-6 swimsuits between March and May. We get between 2 and 4 swimsuits that fit good and get TONS of compliments on. The rest is sad because they are super cute, but just don't fit. I keep them in hopes i could find someone more petite who would appreciate them They could reduce this problem by including a torso measurement in the size chart.
I ordered gifts in early December. They took money out of my account but to date. 6 weeks later, gifts never arrived. They have no live communicators and in numerous "chats" and emails, they have said that the items were "being delivered." Every time I email them, they change the date that supposedly items are to ship... plus they do not use USPS so you have way to track on your own... Cured me of ever recommended them and in the future I will ot order on line. I would rather pay more to have good service
I was impressed by the online catalogue and excited to shop so I did... alot... AUS$250.53... SIZE WRONG. PHOTOS WRONG. QUALITY a total EMBARRASSMENT. I have contacted this company and have a support ticket open.
I want them to accept the complaint and refund the purchase without this take a photo crap with a tape measure of all angles. All but 2 of the clothes items has the size label cut off. They chose to sell rubbish online I've endured enough with the disappointment so don't make me have to spend more time on this than this e. Mail please. They advised me to consider the cost it would be for me to send the items back.and asked if i have I read the warranty link. Oh dear. Whatever happened to customer service!. This place I do even think exist. I order blouses. That finally came in and would fit my grandbabies dolls. They never would send me "how to" return and when they did decide what to do they decided to refund me only 7.88 and it should have been. 40.00.

I ordered a gold watch from rosegal and it was on january 9 and if i clearly understand it says that the order will be shipped in 12-25 business days and im just waiting for it to be 25 business days or else ill cancel my order and ask for my money back

I ordered a pair of funky wide leg cute pattered pants off this site, got a pair for my daughter and myself, well... what I had gotten TWO months later, was absolutely nothing like the photo! The material is a see thru silky type and the stitching around the waist band is falling out. They are not wide leg, rather they are stuck to my skin like glue and I made sure I ordered the proper size, in fact I went one size bigger as to potentially avoid this problem lol, my daughters pants, are the same and one leg is shorter than the other LOL I found it funny, she, didn't! Get what ya pay for, cheap clothes for a cheap price! All in all I found humor in this, but not going to ordering from there again! If you like super tight pants that give you camel toe, and let the world see your goodies, go ahead give them your money :)

I recieved four items that took weeks to receive. They were all jammed in a small plastic bag. The fabric is extremely thin, nothing like the pictures, There are threads hanging from all pieces, and at the sleeves looks like it wasn't tied off, as it looks like a rip. The "sweater" dress was not only way too small, but made of thin polyester. NOT any type of yarn or wool. The thin thin "flannel" shirt might fit an 8 year old. Nothing like the pictures!
They will not pay for return shipping and want pictures with measurements of items showing the yard stick. They also state to check with post office, as this is from CHINA and will cost a lot to return. COMPLETE SCAM AND RIP OFF!

I WISH I could post a picture of what I ordered as compared to what I received. It is insane the level of cheap, horrific-looking, crap received in the mail.
WARNING to all of my US peeps: DO NOT do business with Rosegal- you will regret it. I paid $30 for a "$60.00" jacket. $7 for expedited shipping that took over 30 days, and the jacket looked NOTHING like the pics, stunk, had some funky rip (melt) on the back, and was a horrendous baby poop color. And... they tell me they'll give me a $6.00 credit or I can ship it back to CHINA on my own dime. What?

This was their reply to me after I sent numerous emails and pics of just how insane what they sent me was: Seriously I wish I could attach a pic to this.
As a proof of good will we can offer 2 solutions to resolve the issue:
1) 20% refund on Wallet (store credit)
In that case we refund USD $6.09 on your wallet for further shopping on our store.
2)Return the item and full refund
In that case you will have to send at your cost the item back to China.

Please never never order from this company. They are con artists. The pictures they use for their advertising is completely false and the products I received neither looked or fitted as they should. The material used and the construction of all 5 pieces are ordered were of the poorest quality. I could have gone to any market stall and have gotten better quality clothes. I wrote in and complained and got no response. I wrote in to PayPal and the company offered me $15 dollars back from the original amount of $80 dollars that I paid. I sent the clothes back to an address I found online for the company as they neither given you any return information or contact details beyond their website contact details which is useless. Needless to say I refused their refund of $15 dollars and have returned the goods and I have lost out on the money I spent. I am so furious that this company is not regulated to ensure this doesn't happen to people.

I ordered a sweater before Christmas from Rosegal. The package arrived yesterday Jan 26th, way late for Christmas. However, when I opened the package, I was truly amazed! The sweater looked nothing like the picture, Not sure what I was looking at It looked 3 size smaller. It looked like it was stuffed in a drawer somewhere and someone found it. I could not believe I was looking at a new merchandise... It is going straight in the garbage. Never Again will I buy anything from this company. People save your Money! Shop some place else. The same happened to me as it has happened to many other people; I have ordered many items from them on November 30th, it is now January 27th and half of the items are not delivered. I have sent 2 messages to their service (which says: responds in 24 hours_NOT TRUE). Their sizes are at least one size smaller than North American sizes and the quality is poor. Will not order from them again. They didn't have a problem taking my money right away though!

If you receive your item, it is usually doesn't look like the picture and the sizes (even when converting to US sizes) don't fit!

If you all want to know what Rosegal responded after my comment on Site Jabber:
1. They sent an e-mail saying that I should log in on their site and see their response.
2. I logged in and there was a response stating the facts that I already know - the number of order, the delivery of 25 days and the number of parcel (that never arrived)
3. Then they say that it is a no-reply mail which will close in 24 hours.
So, NOTHING! It looks like they try to do something, but they don't!
