I can not wear anything I bought this website, it's terrible. Cheap is bad.
I ordered a sweater on December 17,2015 and received it on January 25,2016, which would have alright if I actually got what I ordered. The picture of the sweater that I ordered isn't even close to what I received. This is so ridiculous. I surely will NEVER buy from Rosegal again. I'm not happy with their cheap way of going around making clothes and charging you for them and then not even being close to what you ordered! It is false advertisement and is illegal to do, especially here in the states, but of course they think they can get away with it because it is China, believe me, if someone wanted to press the fact, they can be sued just like any business.

I read all these terrible reviews after I had ordered, and was wondering where my products were, but they eventually came, 4 weeks after order.
But both a black dress and a white floral (black/purple flowered) skirt were PERFECT.
My daughter LOVES them for swing dancing.
The sizing is way off and then when you go to return it they want me to measure the items and take pictures? Seriously you don't know what you sell! Why would I want to waste that much time on stuff that doesn't even fit me? If you don't do it they won't give you the address which they say is different then that on the package and they won't give me a return ticket! Worst company EVER!

I returned several items. The sizing chart is way off, so the items did not fit and some were of the poorest quality. Rosegal does not respond to emails about returns and their phone mailbox is conveniently always full. I sent items back at half the cost of the clothing ($50.00) and they refused them and sent them back to me. Therefore in total I spent $150.00 on junkclothes I can never wear. They should be charged with fraud. The stuff looks great in pictures but the quality is terrible.
After giving Rosegal the above bad review they have refunded me $35.00 so now with shipping and clothes that I had to give away since they did not fit I am only out approximately $120.00. They have asked me to remove this review in exchange for the refund. I have added this refund comment in order to be fair but you as the consumer form your ownn decision.

I bought the chic womens jewel neck leopard long sleeve coat... November 30 2015, for a Christmas present,,, it arrive well after Christmas I requested a refund, paid with Paypal. Opened a dispute and Paypal agreed with me that this coat was extremely low quality and should have been listed as a raincoat, paper thin with several areas unsown, ORDERED A MEDIUM RECEIVED A LARGE... unfinished... very cheap fabric! Paypal wanted me to send it back to them for a refund of the original cost... but the cost of sending it back to China was almost the cost of the item which they were not giving me back the return shipping costs... Now I'm mad and really feeling ripped off... Wish I had seen all the bad reviews before I bought this junk of a coat... expensive lesson! BEWARE... THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF!

I ordered a dress from rosegal and when it arrived I was shocked. Not only was it poor quality material, it was falling apart at the seams. It also had black marks all over the sleeve. I realise it's a cheap site so didn't expect it to out of this world but You would expect to be at least be able to wear your purchase. Will never shop here again and will advise others not too.

Nothing will fit a woman Large or bigger. The material is very clingy and thin. Really this company should not be able to sell in the US. Another lesson in "you get what you pay for. Buyer beware!" Too bad to because the pictured dresses are adorable.

Nottice how there site has ONLY GOOD reviews, not that many either. THIS SITES HAS MANY BAD VIEWS.
So they take pictures of the real good ishh and try to make it. When I got my items there was the trail of a seem coming out of the wrist. Super cheap lookin which should not be so if youre paying about $15 for each item. The only thing i liked out of what i ordered was the about $6 lingerie I got. I was going to send everything back but they ONLY GIVE 20% BACK! WTF!? SO I was stupid for buying more than once item. THE WORSE PART IS THEY GAVE ME COPIES AND SO I WAS CHARGED FOR THAT TOO! Some of the items were okay. But most were way too small. I have lost 120 lbs and fit into a large. I ordered xl and 3 shirts are too small or way too tight in the arms. I guess it's incentive for me to lose more weight but I will not order from them again

Do not order from Rosegal, picture not like advert, quality very poor and no real returns policy, you cannot speak with anybody... shipping is NOT free.

Quality if items irdered is hideous, cheap doesn't even begin to scribe it. The items barely look like the same pieces I ordered they're so poorly made. The XLs I ordered are both more like Mediums. Would never, ever order from them again EVERRRR!
