DO NOT deal with these people! They are in Germany! Takes forever to get your order. If you get it. I ordered a blouse. It looks nothing like what I ordered. Ordered a XL. A 10 yr. Old couldn't get in it. It's VERY thin, see through blouse. Very small. Nothing like the picture. Somebody needs to shut them down. They have no customer service. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Learned my lesson! I intend to report them. Please do not buy from these people. Your order looks NOTHING like the picture. I wouldn't take this blouse to a Goodwill.

Terrible business

Ordered a sweatshirt in December a month and a half ago. Customer service says "it's on its way" but won't offer me a refund unless I haven't received it by May (maybe). No tracking number provided either.

Never again.

It' a FRAUD?

What happened with my order from 12/23/2015, Two dresses, that was pay with (Citi) Master Credit Card., the same day. Another order with the same dresses but including a pair of shoes. Terrible!

I bought clothes of no insignificant value from the rosegal website. The items that arrived in shoddy packaging were just as appalling- not a single item of clothing matched the description or the website pictures in size, material quality, colour or fit and many had loose threads dangling from every edge, not to mention the one jumper that had an awful farmyard fertiliser smell. When I attempted to write to them via the e-ticket system on their website, some very convenient technical glitch prevented the message from sending (I have been trying for 2 days). The company describes itself as one started by a group of friends with a passion for quality style and clothing, unfortunately, this group of friends is adept at nothing but scamming, as is evident in their returns strategy of accepting clothes in only original packaging (this packaging is hard to keep intact if one is to get to the clothes in the first place- such is its quality) and requiring the buyer to return them within 30 days to China. So, not on, y have I paid 100+ for appalling scraps of cloth, but I am also to pay the cost of getting these items back to China where their return may or may not be accepted. I agree with a comment below about reporting the company and will be complaining myself. If the rosegal team is reading this, I expect my money back in full and given the high number of complaints you evidently are receiving, suggest you set up local returns deposit points so that your 'customers' (if you even know the meaning of the word) don't have to shell out any more money on your bogus products.

Scam artists

This company is a disgusting joke just like trendsgal a sham from the very start. They will take your money from your account emediatley however. It takes. Months. To recieve your stuff and thats if you are lucky enough to get it. What a bunch if durtbags to take hard eatned money of peoples they arent honest and the quality of their clothing is gross. I should. Have known looking at those prices everything would be garbarge. Please please please! Do not order from these grimy people dont be stupid enough to see a bunch of good reviews and believe them. They're fake or written by themselves to keep customers. If you are planning on ordering from grimy people just donate your money to a childrens hospital or cancer research atleast you know you wont get anything. Only received half of my order, customer service seems to have no intention of shipping the remaining items, and trying to return anything that doesn't fit seems to be impossible. Would love to enter and order ID below, but no ID has been provided! No packing slips, no confirmation email.

Order was never received, tickets questioning my order were ignored and I did not receive a credit on my cc. When I tried to log in my log info changed (very conveniently) without your login you cannot possible check order or tickets with complaints! A waste of my time and money! I will never shop here again, and question many websites now. I guess you need to stick with the bigger more known vendors and drop these small vendors, very questionable and customer service is really really bad!

Items purchased are NOT what is shown in the PHOTOS! I purchased 2 jackets. One was supposed to be denim and the other fake leather. Both were exactly the same plastic and smelled of chemical that reaked! Buyer BEWARE!

UPDATE!
After writing this review, I also wrote to RoseGal, provided supporting photos of what I bought from their site and what I received. I got an immediate response and just checked my Paypal account, a full refund as well. Thank you SiteJabber for keeping us informed and thank you RoseGal for giving me a full refund without hassle in 4 days. Maybe there is hope. Good luck.

I saw so many cute things on their site, but wanted to read reviews first. They seemed 50/50, so I took my chances and ordered a super cute dress that was $10. I figured if it was crap, I was only out a small amount. I WAS aware that they were from China, so I knew to expect a long delay. No biggie. Its literally crossing oceans.
I got the dress today and I am pleasantly surprised. It looks exactly like the pic. Super cute. Double stitching and the stretchy fabric.
I guess the bottom line is do your homework & dont expect Neiman Marcus quality.

All the clothes are made from old fashion fabrics that are so wrinkly, even an iron does not remove the wrinkles. The fabric is sprayed with a toxic smelling chemical that does not come off even after 7 days outside & a few washes. They do not take returns, You have to mail it to china for a return. Some of the items i never even received & they do not track it for yu. The worst place i have ever shopped!

Well I've learned a valuable lesson. I should have read the reviews before purchasing. They will not refund my money on these CHEAP nasty clothes I purchased for $77.00. The clothing comes from a store in China which you don't know until you try to return. They want to give you a store credit which who would ever want to purchase anything else from them again? It's my own fault for trusting an advertisement on FB. The sad reality is they have all these complaints and only apologize in writing instead of refunding.

I ordered two sweatshirts for Christmas gifts in November. The order arrived 40 days later. They tell you it's shipped out quickly, don't believe it. They are probably coming from overseas and the clothes don't fit, I tried to contact them by phone, no answer and they dont take calls, I tried by email for weeks and they said you can't return any products without a ram order number I requesred a order number 15 times for two weeks, till this day I have never received a ram number nor have they contacted me so I could return the sweatshirts. I will never ever do business with this company again and advise anyone who does to go elsewhere.

I have been trying to contact their support but the login and password always do not match. The link they sent to me via email for my support ticket has expired and I have no way of contacting them. Is this how you treat your customers? Horrible experience. I feel like I am being ripped off.
