Wrong material

How do I send back this package for refund... has not been opened but ticket on it says contents is a dress 65% cotton/35%rayon... the dress I ordered was all polyester! I would NEVER order a cotton dress. And it says value $7.91. Which I paid double that! How do I send this back!

Poor quality and service
February 5, 2016

Copied and pasted someone else's post and changed a few words because my situation was exactly the same. I ordered two items. The material did not match the description and photos on the website and when I asked to return the items for a refund, they told me I was responsible for shipping costs, which would have cost more to ship than the cost of the items. After contacting them several times, each time receiving the same generic email, I decided to keep the items. As with someone else's post I'll use them for scrap material or rags, I guess. Do not buy from this company or any like it, they all have extremely poor customer service. I would give it zero stars if possible.

Don't order-It is a scam

I placed my order on Dec. 20th. The sent me an email that it was shipped a couple of weeks later. That was about 6 weeks ago. I keep complaining and they keep adding days to the number of days it takes to get it. At first it was 21 then it was 45. It's a scam! Don't order from here. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!

This company cannot be legit. They don't have a way to get ahold of them and don't mail orders. But making $10. - $20. Per item, they are making good$$. MY good$$.

I ordered from Rosegal in November, and placed multiple help tickets in December inquiring about my order. I finally recieved an email at the end of December stating my order had shipped. 2.5 months after ordering, and 1.5 months after "being shipped" I have yet to receive my order. Save yourself the time and frustration. Just burn your money in your fireplace. It'll be much quicker.
Giving this company a One Star review is very very generous.

I have been trying to get answers, I want to send my order back, it's awful, I refuse to keep them, I want a full refund back! No excuses, I've asked for address to send back by mail, it cost me 40.00 dollars Canadian for shipping that u said was free! I want some answers!

Well I sure wished I would have read all the reviews before ordering! I paid extra money to have my item sent earlier and of course I'm still waiting on it! I canceled my debit card as well! Blast this company all over the INTERNET so people will know how dirty they really are!

Poor Quality and Service

I ordered five dresses to be used by my bridesmaids. The dress material did not match the description on the website and when I asked to return the dresses for a refund, they told me I was responsible for shipping costs, which would have cost more to ship than the cost of the dresses, because you can only send returns to China. I wish I could give this company LESS THAN 1 STAR! I have never seen more poor quality clothing. Sizing is way off. It is basically crap material... and that is an understatement. And, the return policy is made to detour you from returning... on top of that they want to give a store credit! I do not want a store credit. I want my money back. Rosegal is misleading in their advertising.

Wish i had never heard of Rosegal. My package came today, and the beautiful clothes i saw and ordered on website turned out to be horrible: different fabrics, different models, terrible quality! Nothing corresponds to what you see online. Besides, the skirt i ordered is all stained, and the coat disjointed. A totally waste of time and money!

Worst online buy ever

Never order from this site. My item that I ordered is COMPLETELY different to the supposed beautiful dress I ordered. I was going to wear this to a wedding, but can even were it around the house. Sizing all wrong, colours are appalling and nothing like what I expected. Talk about false advertising. Complete scam and will be letting my friends who are also online shoppers the same.

One more victim!

What a scam! Don't buy from Rosegal, size M is equivalent to XXS in US, nothing fit and when you submit a claim, they ask you to take pictures of it with a measure tape, to end up telling that if you return the merchandise to China at your own cost, they'll give you a store credit or keep the merchandise and will give you 20% of the value in store credit. They know their sizing is incorrect, you can see that in all the reviews!

Another Victim

Rosegal what a waste of time and money. Do not buy from this site. Like many on here I didn't read the reviews and trusted. Never again. I received absolute rubbish clothes, you couldn't give them away as another reviewer stated even to the good will. At least I received the rubbish, but wish I didn't. I have received a ticket number for support but have not heard anything g from them except their automatic response, which must be worn out from all customers wanting to return their goods.! Has any one every got their money back?
I dont want the clothes in my house. I feel insulted. Be warned pass the word on.

Ordered over 50 days ago, never received items. Cannot get into account to respond to ticket or contact them, chatted with a rep on line and she said she would give me a temporary password but it does not work either! My original password did not work right after I signed up? WHAT'S GOING ON? Cannot get into site to retrieve my order number so I will leave my ticket number in the space below, although I can't view that either! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Cardigan sweater
February 3, 2016

I ordered a beautiful (at least it was on the picture) cardigan in pink and grey colors. It was supposed to be thick more like wool material, instead it was a cheap polyester see trough rag... Not even similar to the one on the photo which they stole from forever 21 company in USA. The other item I ordered haven't received yet so I don't know how that would look like or IF I would be receiving that, because a lot of people complain that they didn't get something they ordered, especially if they ordered several or more items. Maybe spending 20 dollars on a cardigan is nothing to somebody but in my country 20 dollars is considerable amount of money since the average pay is 300 dollars per month... So go figure. I would love to see those crooks' site shut down because they are nothing but liars.

I even paid for expedited shipping to find out that the order will not arrive on time. I paid 93USD. So i requested to cancel the order and they said that cancelling will take 5days and refund will take 25 days. Not even sure if they will really refund it. I told them that i will report them to the bank and after that they said that they just refunded it. Asked my bank and told me no refund posted! No way to call or email them! Im filing a complaint to dispute this

Crappy clothes

I paid nearly $100 for the lesson that RoseGal is NOT a trustable seller: They show nice clothes but ship rags and junks. What I received from one order are totally different from what shown on the site: the clothes are made of very cheap material, very poor craftsmanship, awkward shape and size. I ordered 2 coats and received some rags just long enough to cover my belly button, wrinkles at every seams, material is very thin that even the lightest light can shine through. I ordered sweat shirt and got something like a cheap Tshirt. I placed tickets to complain and they did not answer until more than a month later, and this put me into an expired condition. I went to RoseGal site and gave bad review under the items I bought and they deleted my reviews. They even kicked me out on FaceBook for my warning others not to buy.

Crooks!

I ordered a dress and haven't seen ANY update omit. When I try to sign in, I'm bumped out. I can't get passed the initial page, then I get bumped. No emails sent to me when I ask for "forgot password" to see if I can get in a different way. They were quick to take their money and then later an international charge... Unexplained. I'm going to talk to the bank to reverse the charge.- I gave it a 1 because there wasn't a 0!
