I would give this site a 0 if I could... and I don't normally rate sites. But this site is the biggest waste of time and money. I ordered a wig for Halloween. I had ordered it 2 months prior to Halloween. It is February 8th 2016 and I am still waiting on that wig. Don't shop here. Trust me you'll be disappointed.

I should have known for the price the dress in the picture was to nice. It looks nothing like the picture. Not even the same material. It's like a horrible n con off of the dress in the picture. The worst knock off I've ever seen. It didn't even have the pockets it said it would have and showed in the picture. And the tag it came with says Xtra Large when I ordered a medium, and the tag didn't even say ROSEGAL. It says Annabelle. Don't order anything from Rosagal. It will not be anything you want or expect. Total rip off!

Their website should be taken down. I placed an order in Nov of 2015. Received my order in January. The shirts that I ordered looked nothing like the picture. One of the shirts that I received was made out of felt. Their return policy is impossible. I want to warn you that they are using some other website pictures and they are trying to make a similar product. I was appalled at what came in the mail. It was like a child made them. I want to warn all of you that this place is a scam. Never again. I will always read reviews before trying a new store. I ordered 4 sweaters and they had stuffed them all in a quart size baggy. That should tell you something.

I live in Sweden and I ordered 16 objects and got 15, one was out of stock and they returned the sum for the last object.
The shipment was divided into 3 packages and the first was sent 10 days after I placed the order. After that it took a little bit longer but Im ok with it since it was during xmas.
All in all I think I got everything within 2 months from my order, maybe I was lucky?
Since I knew the objects where made in China I made sure to double check the size charts and read peoples reviews before choosing sizes since its impossible to just take your ordinary size when you order here.
I have to say that I am pleased with ca90% of my order, and just a few did not meet my expectations.
So if you order from Rosegal, really calculate for the sizes first!

I made an order in December and paid for expedited shipping because it was only a few weeks prior to pre-christmas. Didn't get shipped until January and nothing arrived. When I asked their customer service where it was they sent me a tracking list that was 1/2 english half chinese that said it had been returned to sender and said something to the tune of "it has been delivered. Check that your family didn't collect it." When I pointed out their error, they said I should talk to their shipping company, which I said they should do because I hadn't made any errors. They then told me that they had located the parcel and that unless I sent them 10USD withing 48hrs the shipping company would destroy it! So I phoned the shipping company myself and they said they would never destroy a parcel and they would send it to me for free. Turns out that the address I had supplied Rosegal with was only partially printed on the package and so it was returned to their warehouse and they had been waiting for Rosegal to tell them what to do with the package.

Rosegal is shady as hell and will try to rip you off at any chance! Do not deal with them!

Update: only after I posted these review online, Rosegal decided to refund my shipping and then promised an "extra gift" if I changed my review to a positive one. My reviews shall stand.

Update 2: Rosegal keeps replying to this review seemingly trying to make it seem like they solved their mistake, which they did not. They mislabelled my shipment then lied by saying the shipping company was charging them to resend it. I contacted them directly and they shipped it for free (they said they would never charge for such a thing). I think your spin is pretty transparent Rosegal!

I ordered a swimsuit January 11th... here it is... February 7th and I still have yet to receive it. I try to call the number... nothing. Is this a scam!?! I am so upset that I wasted time and money! It appears I will not have it by my family vacation. And from the sounds of it, it'll be small anyways. (From all the things I have read) if you have crap product... why make it worse by not being able to ship it in a timely matter... seriously! I need to find a way to get my money back! HELP!?

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

If I could give the website a "0" I would. I ordered a hooded sweatshirt in early November. Finally after two months it finally arrived, but I was extremely disappointed in the product. I ordered a Medium, which in anything else fits me just fine. This sweatshirt though was at least two sizes smaller than a regular medium. It was so small it was laughable, and there was no way it was going to fit. Not only that, but it arrived with a rather large hole where the hood was sewn to the back. When I tried to "submit a ticket" of complaint, I was told I had to sign into my account, but I apparently had no account, and nowhere did it have an option of creating an account. There was also no phone number I could call, so I simply gave up. In short, I would advise others not to waste their time, energy and money on this website. Things may be cheap but there is a reason. Not worth the headache!

Please don't buy!

First off, they do NOT deserve a 1 star. They deserve a no star and to be sued!
Do not purchase from rosegal! They are terrible on responding, no phone calls, emails. Nothing. You cannot get a refund and you definatly habe to pay for shipping on everything! False advertising.

If you purchase things online, always! ALWAYS, go through paypal. They will protect you from fraud, if someone rips you off LIKE ROSEGAL did to ME! They can help get your money back or to contact the customer support center and help make a reasonable deal to fix whatever isn't correct.
I luckily got refunded, and will NEVER EVER BUY FROM CHINA. China seems to be selling fake "name brand fashionable clothing. Which it isnt! It is bad material, 2 to 3 sizes smaller than it is supposed to be.

Sizing

I did not think about Asian people being smaller than myself and normally I wear a large. So that is what I ordered only to find out that it is closer to a small in American standards. Did not want to ship back to China so I washed the hoodies in cold water with hair conditioner and stretched the material to fit and air dried. Took 3 times but not a probably. Items were made of good material and exactly like the picture. Shipping did not long as they stated

I can't believe I didn't read the reviews before purchasing! The website seems so legitimate... it is not! I have not received a single item from my order that I placed back on December 4th, 2015! No customer service to answer me. I would have been better off to flush my money. I will attempt to get every penny back from VISA as this is clearly a fraudulent site but I won't hold my breath!

I have not received my order and I am not very satisfied. I will give it a week or so and then I am disputing the charge with my bank. This is ridiculous. I will never use Rosegal again. I want what I order in the season that is appropriate to wear it not 6 months later.

Don't believe all the hate out here. Just do your research on what you order off of their website. I suggest reading the reviews for purchasers of the product and looking very closely at product descriptions. Reading reviews can give you realistic expectations as to the proper size to order. I would also urge you to leave reviews after you receive your order so that others on the site can use the review to their advantage. My wife who is 5'3", 125 pounds, 34C, ordered from the site and we had the first partial shipment within a week. The rest of our order is still pending as it is perhaps back ordered or maybe even out of stock. We're not going to sit around and be pissed about our order not getting here right when we think it should. We're just happy we got some nice stuff for a very low price and FREE shipping.

Just an update. Decided to cancel the remainder of our order (3 items). It had been a few weeks with no movement and when I went to their customer service for support, they provided extremely vague machine generated responses, so we decided to cancel. I will let you know if they refund us accordingly.

Update 3. Received a credit back to our card on the 25th of February. Then on February 29th and again on March 1st had over $1800 in fraudulent charges on the same card. Had to cancel the card and get a new one. The card company believes there was a breach of security on Rosegal's end as my wife and I still had both our credit cards and had not used them for anything other than the Rosegal order. So, despite the fact we were refunded accordingly, we still got a bit screwed over in the end. Of course we were not held responsible for the fraudulent charges, thank goodness.

Completley horrendous

BUYER BEWARE!

This company's return policy is a joke. You have to take pictures of the items defect, and measure the defect, etc... the item was NOT the size that the size chart stated. Why should I have to pay for shipping back to CHINA when the item wasn't what they said it was? They don't stand behind their products. And the customer service is terrible. I don't need to be told 3 times to read the return policy I had read it already. The items didn't fit as shown on the website. Don't waste your money. I would give them ZERO stars but the system won't let me.

This is the most unprofessional thing I've ever encountered. It took almost four weeks for me to receive my package, which normally I can be patient enough to wait. But, when I did finally get my package it was no where near what I ordered. (Well, I take that back. I ordered something red and this item was red...) I should have read the reviews before ordering from this place. Never EVER again will they get my business.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME! The first of many issues that I had with this website is the fact the customer service was absolutely horrible. It took at least 4 inquiries for me to receive any word back about my order, and I had no idea where my package was the entire TWO MONTHS that it was shipping!?! I suppose this may be tolerable to some, but I don't want to be told that my order will take 15 days just to find out that it will take 4 times that... Also, I will just say that my order look absolutely NOTHING like the photo that was on the website... Just trust me and the thousands of other people on this site that have shared their awful experiences, and don't waste your money/time.
