Ordered a two piece see through white lace dress. It came alright but nothing like the picture. Material was much harder n it smelled weird, like it's been sitting in the closet for years. I couldn't even try it on because I was so disappointed. I threw it in the trash as soon as I opened it. I wished I would have read the reviews sooner.

How can Rosegal sell thigs so diferent than the photos? Everything i got was so diferent from the pictures that you post, the drawings, designs, patterns, fabrics, and even sizes.

I was enticed by the low prices and seduced by the wonderful photos - you get what you pay for. Very badly made garments with seams loose, finishings hanging untrimmed etc. (I bought dresses, jumpers, leggings, socks). Some items were not the colour that I ordered. ALL items were made from materials that were far inferior to what the photo showed or the description indicated. All sizes were much smaller despite me over compensating by buying the larger sizes. Shipping was slow, some items were instructed 'out of stock' only after I had paid for them. I did not attempt to return as the postage would not be worth it - It's all gone to the charity donation box. BUYER BEWARE!

I recently ordered a maxi dress. It was supposed to be 90% cotton and 10% rayon. I orderd size XL I am a small 14 but knowing the usa sizes I played safe and ordered a larger size. The dress is no more than a siz 10 badly made poor quality material not cotton or rayon as described i wont use this company again

Do not waste your money on Rosegal products! It is poor quality, in proper sizes for North American market- the sweaters i ordered aren't made to fit humans & were made to order-the sewing isn't even complete, GARBAGE!

This was by far the biggest mistake I've made. I ordered a little under 100 dollars worth of clothing. It took FOREVER to finally get the clothing and when it did arrive, it was cheap and damaged. I immediately messaged for a refund which required me to send in photographs of the damaged goods. I did, only for them to tell me the snags a holes were not big enough for them to refund. Finally after weeks of going back and forth through emails, they agreed to give me a refund. I shipped back the materials, which ended up costing me $30.00. A few weeks later I received my refund. I was not credited back the 30 dollars so ended up wasting my money on terrible clothing. I am very unsatisfied and wish I would have read the many bad reviews before making my purchase. I will NEVER buy from them again.

Ordered 100 dollars in clothes, they were all awful. I do not even have words to describe how upset I was. The clothes were some weird type of fake plastic material when the pics looked like normal cotton and what not. NEVER EVER EVERRRR BUY FROM HERE! THIS WEBSITE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! I recently bought a cardigan from Rosegal and it's my favourite. After I ordered it, it came within three weeks which was awesome! This site has tons of great products to choose from for both men and women. The product descriptions are very useful to figure out what size I need and there are pictures to see what the product will look like. Shopping online is tricky business, but it's so easy with Rosegal. The prices are very reasonable and the best part is that there is free shipping! I recommend this site to everyone.
Once upon a time I was sailing the caribbean and we had pirates... actual pirates of the caribbean! They came at night on a high speed rib and asked us for $150 dollars which we gave them. In the morning we spoke to an official at the next marina who said that is what they do, they ask for such a small amount you won't waste your time contacting the police to report it. I believe this is the business model of Resegal. I should have looked up reviews before I ordered or even questioned the price of the items. I thought at the very least what I ordered would resemble clothing or fabric I could recognise. The bathing suit bottoms fell apart when I tried them on and I only tried them on for a laugh. Buy a sewing machine and ask a 10 year old to sew you an outfit out of of rags... or buy something that you will put in a landfill made of material that will never break down.

I should have listened when I was told not to buy from this site. The clothes look nothing like the pictures. I ordered a cute sweater when I got it, it was so cheaply made you can see right through it.

I bought two dresses and they were the worst, cheapest material I have ever seen! They even had a rip in! I then paid for a jumper plus faster shipping and paid 28 UK pounds for! And it didn't even arrive in time :( absolutely wounded

I should have done the research before placing an order with this company. Product took weeks to arrive, no communication and sizing was a complete joke. Cheap fabric that belies the picture on the website. I'm a small boned female who never wears anything larger than a size S, but the medium I ordered would barely fit a child. There is no recourse, just grateful I only lost about $20.00 on this scam.
