I have received a refund from rosegal I just wanted to update that part I however still wouldn't ever order from them again but they did make it right and refunded my credit card my full amount. They get a three now for the refund but still not ordering again.
I ORDER 5 days ago no tracking number yet or no answer from these chinese crooks I just hope they send me my items glad i didn't spend but 23.00 dallor because something said don't spend more I wish i can turn back the time and didn't order.
I ordered a v-neck white sweater that looked beautiful in the picture. I received a beige, poorly made piece of junk that had a terrible odor and bore no resemblance to the advertised sweater. Lesson learned. Never again!

I made the huge mistake of ordering from a company in China. It's been 2 months and I haven't recieved my order. I just found out these are the same people who have the Zaful website whom I went round and round with, as what arrived was nothing like what was ordered... finally getting my money back minus shipping insurance because I wrote a bad review. I'm afraid it's gonna be the same story, if and when my things arrive. Please note these guys write favorable reviews for themselves, and if you must order, order via paypal so you can get your money back, although writing a bad review wakes them up in a heartbeat. (Zaful basically tried to bribe me to rewrite my bad review in exchange for returning my money.)
I'll keep you posted on whether or not something happens via this review.
A few days after I posted this and emailed Rosegal they refunded my money. The money was sent to Ivan via paypal for both Rosegal and Zaful; according to others its all the same company. I don't know if the prompt refund was due to the first nightmare with Zaful or if the company is in fact different and separate and simply more responsible. Judging from the other reviews I suspect the first.
I can't comment on the quality of what was sent because it still hasn't arrived, almost 2 mos after ordering.
But, after all is said and done they did refund my money, so thats 1 point, right?
March 2 2016 Update:
Lo and Behold! The 5 belts I ordered from Rosegal actually arrived... and I have to eat my words! They are very nice - I wasn't expecting leather, or super great quality for the price, but these are just fine. I will wear them over the summer for inexpensive summer fun type stuff or dressing up an outfit they are great.
So I'm upping my review to 4 stars, the one missing because the belts took over 2 months to arrive.
Lastly, some companies try to 'buy' a new review by offering goodies. I hate that sh*t. I am not bribable. This is an honest review; for the price the belts (particularly the buckles) are really nice.
HORRIBLE company. Complete scam. Don't waste a time or a minute of your day water on this company. I ordered a bathing suit and a shirt over two months ago and have not received either (despite order confirmation and being charged TWICE for my purchase). I have contacted this company 5 times now and have not received a single response. Stay away. Stay far far away from this place

To my shame and regret, I didn't learn my lesson the first time I placed an order with these guys. It took over a month to receive my package the first, and it wasn't even worth waiting for, as it wasn't described in the picture. Since then, I've placed two more orders, and in the months following, I have yet to receive them. Worst of all, when I go to their 'Contact Us' page and filled in all the information, I can't get past the page. Clicking the 'Submit' button doesn't actually do anything.
Free shipping or not, that is no way to do business. That's called stealing.

I ordered one shirt on Dec. 28th and I have still never received it. They do not respond to an email, nor do they answer the customer service number. Lesson learned but why on earth they are still allowed to be in business is beyond me!
UPDATE: I received a note from Rosegal after this review saying first for my trouble, they will give me $5.00 right away back in my account. Then they said they were refunding my whole amount I paid and I can keep the shirt as well, and that I would receive the shirt by today, Feb. 29. We will see if that magically happens, however, they also asked if I would go back and change my review to a more positive one. I have never been refunded anything yet and we will see if I get the shirt today. The good reviews are all paid for or a scam.

I made two orders; my wedding dress and a vintage lace watch.
One came two weeks after and the other a month. Was realllyyy pleased with my items mind you that i read really bad reviews after purchasing and was really afraid to not recieve at all or really nasty items. But was really pleased yes order a size bigger to make sure it fits but other than that great! Thank you rosegal for sending my items fast and great!
I don't usually write reviews but this company is beyond ridiculous! I ordered items then received an email to send them a copy of my credit card. I figured, no way and my order would be canceled. Nope, find out that they charged my credit card anyway but still did not receive my order. Sent them an email requesting they refund my account right away, but instead received my order two days later (this is a month after placing the order).
I have been trying to get some sort of label or at least an address to return the items as they have strict guidelines ("Please ship the parcel via registered airmail as per our RMA form instructions ONLY so that your item can reach us easily. DO NOT return the item with expedited shipping methods such DHL, UPS, or Fedex. It will you do so, the item might be delayed in the Chinese Customs. Furthermore, customs fees will be imposed. Since import taxes are usually more expensive than the item itself, we won't be able to receive the package. This is why, we kindly ask to use the standard local postal service in order to receive the item easily and compensate you accordingly"). The items by the way came wrinkled and one item looked as though it's been sitting under a pile of leftovers. Of course getting the run-around and their response keeps sending me back to their "warranty and return policy". I WISH THEY'D JUST SEND ME THE DAMN INFO SO I CAN GET MY REFUND AND BE DONE WITH THEM!

Placed an order on 1/7/16 and supposedly it was shipped on 1/8/16 after they received my payment of course. As of today, 2/16/16, I still have not received my order. The phone number listed does not work, and an extra charge was put on my card because of a foreign order. Not much satisfaction through emails. My next contact will be the Better Business Bureau. Do not order from this site!

Ordered a nice looking winter coat. Sized up to 2XL to make sure it would fit. Could not come close to doing it up. Chinese 2XL like Canadian large. Given to charity shop. Cannot be bothered to deal with them. Coat looked cheap and junky - WHITE lining on a dark blue coat. Never again!

I sure wished I would have read these reviews first. Ordered a dress on 1/28/2016 still have not received it but RoseGal is VERY FAST to take your money. I can't get answers and I have disputed with my CC company so they can keep their crap item.

I have never in my life felt so ripped off. All of the items I ordered did not resemble the quality that was shown in the picture, material is junk, Hardware is junk, workmanship of the product is junk. All of my items appeared to be "on sale", but even at the "Sale" NONE of what I ordered would I have paid even that. JUNK, JUNK JUNK! What a scam. This website should be shut down for sure.

God I wish I would have read reviews before. They are a hack. No one to call. They don't respond to email. Clothes are crap quality and you can't return them either. They need to be turned in to consumer agency.

Bought 3 swimwears, paid extra amount for the expedited shipping and the items arrived in less than a week. To my horror, different items were on my parcel. I tried to email them so I can return the items and perhaps get my money back because I don't want to stress myself out getting all the items I ordered. I NEVER GOT AN ANSWER TO MY EMAILS and it has been more than a week now that I keep sending them emails. The said site said work will resume Feb 13, but it's already Feb 15 and still no answer. This is just ridiculous and bad service! People are being scammed of their money. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE! Wish I have read these reviews before buying anything.

After writing this review I got an immediate mail from Rosegal regarding the wrong items that I got as well as the unshipped item. I got the full refund from my purchase including shipping in about a week and they never bothered me to return the wrong items that I received. This is such a relief to me.

Oh how I wished I had found this site first. I ordered several bathing suits. I thought the ones that don't fit I'll simply return. The first 4 come and were not the size for an American woman. After many attempts to cancel the order that was on back order I couldnt get through. I started researching and came across this site. If only I read it before I placed my order. I still haven't heard anything from them. I'm not going to stress my self out (too much) and I might not get my money back but what I have on my side is social media. And I plan to use it and hopefully save many people from being robbed by RoseGal. Please everyone if it sounds to good to be true then it is! Fight back! Don't let them get away with this! After several communications, email and complaints, I finally got my money back (most of it) for 3 outfits that I purchased (one of which was never delivered).
The biggest complaint I have with their customer service dept. is that once you get a link to watch the details of your communications, after a few days, the link is disabled totally and you cannot login agian.
If it wasn't for this site, sitejabbber, I would never have been able to get in touch with them.
