So I wish I would have actually read the reviews before ordering. I decided to order two white dresses because my sorority requires them. I paid for expedited shipping. On 2-8-2016, I ordered them both. 2-20-2016 ONE of the dresses was shipped out. 2-24-2016, with only one non-business day there, and I still haven't received my item. I track it like the number on the bottom says I can, and it's whereabouts are unknown.
I order a bikini in an XL it fits somebody that would wear a medium. I contact them about it and they told me that since it's a bikini I can't get an exchange. So I'm stuck with a bikini I can't fit. It takes them forever to reply to my messages and when they did reply they kept giving me the run away saying take pictures and then I sent the pictures and they were like the pictures don't tell whether or not they're too little. So let's just say I'll never be ordering from them again and anybody that wants to order that black high waisted bikini with the fringe top FIND SOMEBODY ELSE, because this website is a huge scam.

I ordered a few tops and all were not at all like the pictures made them seem, one looked like a sweater in the picture, it was a tiny shirt made out of the thinnest cotton/acrylic possible, one was supposed to be a blouse, in came in cheap silk, the other was supposed to be an off the shoulder top, it said one size fits all, xs to m, I am an xs and that top would not fit me if I tried. Everything seems way smaller than the sizing made them out to be, as well as the quality of the clothing is very poor. And on top of that I have never had to pay border fees, as another $25 onto the order. Just ridiculous, and it says they only can offer you store credit. I want nothing more from their store I need my money back.

Ordered a cute top I saw on Facebook ad. Took about three weeks to arrive. Came in a plastic bag from Germany. Top was completely wrinkled but worse it smelled like toxic chemicals. Seriously bad that I had to put it in the garage. Emailed rose gal and am still getting the run around. They wanted me to take measurements and sent photos of the damage. How can you send a pic of a smell? They offered me 20% back in store credit. Seriously? Never buy from this rip off company. Crap. Facebook and PayPal should be ashamed to support this scam. They purposely use fb to appear legit. Not.
Update: after filing a complaint with Paypal (only way to get this fixed), Rosegal agreed to refund my money completely. Then they have the nerve to ask me to remove this bad review. If I do they will send me a 'special gift'. Why the hell would I want anything from these scammers? If I could give them a negative number I would.

They claim to provide FREE shipping. I reviewed everything I ordered but was charged $25 for shipping and handling by the delivery driver. Top came for my husband and was minute. Complained and sent pictures and was offered no replacement. Had to pay to send top back at further cost and they said they would then refund. That was 2 months ago and nothing.

It says will arrive 10-25 days outside Metro Manila, mine arrived at exactly 25 days. Its not that good quality though as I expected. I was asked to pay additional P112.00 for postal charges. Its ok it was just a trial, to see is too believe.

My order took ages to come but arrived. Dress fitted fine (Size L though I'm normally size M). Swimming togs way too small (size 8?) and bra same. I keep getting "Thankyou Rosegal support has just received your ticket T..." But that's the end of it. They will not reply to me. My friend recommended this site, so I thought OK to deal with. Do not- I repeat- do not order from them. Never mind the item never comes you cannot get a response from them. If you gave read some of the other reviews you will see that their responses are all the same except worded differently. Trust me after they tell you there is a ticket waiting there is not one there.

I bought 3 items from rosegal around Christmas time... all three items were too small, one item was sewn inside out... with the seems showing on the outside and the inside... the only way to return the item is in original packaging with tags... well the original packaging is long gone... I don't recommend buying anything from this company! Inferior products, bad sizing! Also they want you to take pictures of measurements on the items if the size is incorrect... BUYER BEWARE!

I have to say that my experience with this company has not been totally negative in that they did "attempt" to resolve my complaint in good faith. I would not recommend them however, unless you are okay with waiting several months to have your order fulfilled. I ordered a sweater from Rosegal on January 14,2016 and finally received it today, March 21,2016. Like many of the other reviewers, the sweater that I received does not look like the one that I ordered (other than the fact that it is red).

I have not received my order. I got a response from them after I wrote my review in SiteJabber, before this, they ignored my message that I sent to them. Now they offered to refund $8.00 only, this is not acceptable, it has been 45 days, I still have not received my order, this is not acceptable and I am requesting them to refund in full payment.
