I ordered some bathing suits from the Rosegal site as they had a large selection and really good prices with no shipping charges. After I had already placed my order and the money had been taken from my account - I decided to check out the reviews - I know, wrong order of operations. Anyway, I would just like to say that the product arrived fairly quickly, there was no additional shipping charges and the product itself I found to be very good. (much to my surprise after reading reviews) However, the sizes were way way off. An extra large was probably what we would call in Canada a medium. My daughter wears a small to medium size and the suit just barely fit her. However, she loves it. I would definitely order from here again, but just keep in mind, you should probably order up by about 2-3 sizes. I am usually an XL, so I will order 3XL next time.
I am so pissed off at the site. Ordered 2 shirts paid for expedited shipping took almost every WeeKs to arrive and then to top it off the tops wouldn't have fit a toddler. Absolutely ridiculous and they need to be stopped!
Order took forever to arrive and when it did it was completely different to the image shown. I thought I'd take a chance with Internet shopping, this has confirmed to me why I shouldn't shop on Internet and will not ever again!

Ordered an item mid january 2016. Told me to wait for item to be made in a size 10 until the 28th of January and they would send me a shipment notification. Ha. What a joke. Never again.
Dont even have my order number as I cannot be bothered to do all the work as they havent.

I never received my items. They sent me a bogus shipping/tracking number and all of their customer service is unavailable. It keeps transferring you to other sites. It has been over 6 weeks since I placed the order and I haven't received anything. They are in Bejing and are a complete scam.

UPDATE: So not only are they terrible with customer service, they continually contact trying to persuade one to change their review, and continually update SiteJabber with ridiculous information. This company keeps digging deeper into the need to lose customers. Stay away.
My wife took a chance and ordered 2 shirts. After taking forever to arrive, both shirts were big enough for a hamster, and one had a huge stain right in the middle of the chest.
I contacted customer service by email and they told me that they would credit me 20% and to 'wash the shirt yourself'. I've never in my life had a company say something like that.
For the sizes, I'm not sure if they are for Chinese women, but they surely don't match standard sizes we are used to in the states.
This company is a scam and should be avoided at all costs. I would give negative stars if possible.

Do not order from this place. My clothing had a hole in the dress when it arrived at my home and it looked as it had been worn. I tried calling customer service and they would not speak to me. I had to email back and forth only for them to tell me that they were not going to give me my money back. Worse experience ever. Please do not order from this site.

Update, March/12/2016
Finally. Purchased on Dec 1. Received the merchandise today.
4 months. 2 weeks after. My purchase I received the goods.
Kindly enough customer service gave me a refund and allowed me to keep the jacket, the refund is processing at this time.
So I would place service as a 4 as they do check what is going on.
But that doesn't change the fact that I had to wait almost half a year for my item.
So, good customer service, everything else still not acceptable.
Less pissed off, at them, maybe next time I will purchase in January so I Can receive it by Christmas.
No... who am I kidding. I'm not buying anything from here again...

The clothing is nothing like the photos. Don't waste your time and money ordering anything. The items are horrible quality and nothing like I expected but were so cheap it isn't worth the cost to ship them back. Pretty sure this is the onl; y way they stay in business.

I ordered one of their "nice looking" sweater tunics... after four weeks the order finally came and it was the size for a very small teenager! The quality was horrible. I tried to return it... and you have to find a shipper who will ship to China! Almost impossible. Therefore... do not buy from this company... very bad.

I had a problem with sizing and shipping. WOW Did they ever fix it... and fast. They took care of everything. I would totally purchase from this company again.
Just know that the plus sizes run super small. If you keep that in mind, you will be fine.
First of all, my credit card had unauthorized charges shortly after ordering from Rosegal. Had to cancel credit card. Placed 2 orders. Neither one has showed up or been trackable. Had one sent "expedited" delivery. What a joke. Save yourselves the headache.

If you notice the price is cheap well it's because it is cheap.
I ordered cute black boots for this winter. For one it took too long to get to me.
A boot had a nail in the right heel. I contacted the company over and over and finally got a reply. They said take a picture... yeah like a nail is going to show up in a all black boot... So I did. Never got a response back. The other items I ordered are cheap as well and didn't last long. I couldn't give this site a star! I guess that's what I get for ordering from a company that's product line comes from a sweat shop

I placed an order recieved an email telling me it was shipped out 2/13/16 after a week I tried to track my order using the number they provided. Said my tracking number and my order number were invalid. Oh but did not discover this before I placed yet another order. So I decided to check on this order big surprise my order number was invalid! Now Im out $150 and after reading theses reviews I see that this whole site is a scam! Ive reported it to my banks fraud department and am in the process of filing a complaint and reporting them to the BBB! I wish I would have done my research and saw theses reviews before I ordered.
