I bought oner item doesn`t look anything like the advertised picture was supposed to be green but is nothing like green, and is very poor quality I will never order from them again.
Update: I am changing my rating from one star to two stars. After having to be mean to the customer service department, they are refunding $50.00 of my $80.00 in purchases. I am sure this will come in the form of a credit on their site but that is more than there original 200 point ($4.00) than they originally offered. I was asked by them to update my review and I will do so. However, I shouldn't have had to be so pushy to get some of my money back. I would add more stars if I received a full refund like a stable and confident company would do should they be worried about my satisfaction. I stick with my original title, do not order from this company though, their clothes are chintzy.

Ordered some clothes that took forever to get. When I got the clothes finally the XL clothes were like a small. I am a medium/large but decided to order up, ya, those didn't work either. On the package there is an address that says return department. So I mailed my clothes back there and contacted the "support" department. They won't accept my returns that are headed to the NY "RETURN DEPARTMENT". I spent 80.00 on crappy clothes and now I don't even have them in my possession anymore. I could of at least gifted them to an anorexic friend. THIS IS A SCAM! I got offered 200 points which is $4.00! They say this is the most they can offer me. WTF

Very unhappy with my purchase (fit and quality) and it seems impossible to return, though website says this is an option. I have called the phone number and no one answers and the voicemail is full. I have emailed 2 different email addresses with no response. My password does not work, so I cannot utilize any other ways to communicate and there is no way to retrieve the password. Seems to be intentionally impossible.

I purchased 3 items from Rosegal just after christmas, after being a loyal customer having purchased from this site multiple times with no issues. This time, ALL 3 ITEMS had issues, I purchased a black and white dress that had black discolorations, like oil grease, on it, I purchased a pair of dress pants in my size that in order to wear them as advertised the crotch had to be down to my knees... and the 3rd item, another dress was advertised coming with a belt and they belt never came. I have been trying to get this sorted out, and they keep giving me the same answer everytime, they will only refund 2US dollars etc etc, which is unacceptable! DON"T BUY FROM THIS SITE, if you have ANY issues at all they will not help you! They have horrible customer service. I was a loyal customer up until this issue. It's unfortunate that a company can operate under these false pretenses.

I ordered my package on 2/19/16 for a trip I'll be leaving for on 3/18/16. None of the items I purchased stated they were on back order at the time I bought them. My order still stated it was "processing" as of 2/28/16 which meant it hadn't even shipped! The response I got from the customer support was that they were back ordered and I shouldn't expect to get them by 3/18/16. As a long time customer service manager myself, I was baffled no one offered to upgrade my shipping at no cost since NONE of my items were on back order when I got them! Had I known they were back ordered I would have thought about expediting the shipping, but their support group only gives you one poorly written sentence at a time, with no help to escalate and resolve your issue. This was the first and last time I'll ever buy from them, and will never recommend my friends and family use them.

Since this below review, Rosegal has worked with me to process a partial refund due to my extreme disappointments. They held back the items I hadn't received and processed a full refund to those items. The items I already had while they did not offer a solution for a full refund they did process a partial refund with no request for the cloths to be returned. I will not wear the items, however will donate them and am satisfied with the partial refund processed.
Yes the clothing is ridiculously cheap and with that every consumer should have the understanding that what you will receive is not the same quality as if you were shopping at the Gap, however, the images on the website are beyond misleading to what you will actually receive in the mail that I feel this establishment is nothing but fraudulent. I purchased about 5 items to which I was a dissatisfied customer with all. Some items were so small that I swear a 2 year old couldn't wear them and others were cheep and the quality was so poor you could see through the fabric. Other items were nothing like what I saw on the website. I contacted their customer service for directive on my return, which was a frustrating experience to say the least. They wanted me to send pictures and measurements and at the end of the day, offered nothing but rosegal wallet money. I will NEVER shop at this place again, I want my money back. To no end, my only resolve is that I learned my lesson, only shop at reputable places and pay for the quality you expect. I've never written a review for something like this, but here, I knew I had to warn others.

I ordered a shirt from rosegal and it was to small. They resolved the issue by giving me a credit and a gift. I have ordered again from them and had no problems.
I've been waiting for a very long time to get my shipment! It's well past the estimated shipping time and they have not updated the tracking since Feb 05! When I write all they do is send me the exact same ticket in an automated message with no new information whatsoever! Huge disappointment

I ordered 2 tops. They took almost 1 month to arrive, when I got them they were 2 sizes too small, made very cheaply. One top had a bunch of thread hanging off of it. I contacted their customer service and it took them over a week to respond. They said in order for me to return the tops that I had to take several pictures of them and also send them my measurements. What a joke! I shouldn't have to do that to get a return shipping label and send them back. I'm screwed out of the $24 I spend and will just have to donate these tops to charity now. These people should not be allowed to have a website!

I ordered 4 items of clothing from this company. It took far too long to receive and when the package came, the clothing was HORRIBLE and sized for CHILDREN, not adults. I ordered size medium (I am 5'4" and 120 lbs - average shape) there is NO WAY the clothing could fit. Terrible quality, poorly made and the sweater I purchased had strings hanging all the way around. This was my first order on Rose Gal, at first, I was a little skeptic because I had some problems before with ordering from other shops, but not this time! My order arrived pretty quick, for an international standard shipping. And the products were true to size, working perfectly, not to mention that the prices are amazing, and they always have a sale going on.

I ordered a some clothes and jewlery. Not an item i received is what I ordered, just a cheaper and similar verson. It took 2 months for my order to arrive. When you order it tells you 10-25 business days when, in reality, is closer to 45 business days. To return you have to use register air mail through USPS, which costs more than my initial order. I will never use this site again.

I ordered bathing suits in the beginning of January and have yet to receive them. It is now the end of February and I leave for spring break in one week. They said it takes up to 25 business days and it has been well over 25 business days...
I used their support site and they said they will resolve my case if the items are not delivered by April. What?! 4 months later after ordering it? At this point I just want my money back as I mentioned that as well in my complaint but doubt I will get anything back.
Don't purchase from this site... use she-in, same products and prices... oh and they provide US tracking from Fedex or UPS...

I have bought a few things from the website, I cannot pass the up the price. Things do run a bit small, so I order one size up. Shipping takes a while, but I have gotten everything I have ordered so far. Not the best quality, but what do you expect when the prices are so low! Still cute and worth it for me :)

O Man, I should have taken a look at this site first. I ordered two dressed the beginning of February and they have yet to arrive. They are for my birthday next week. The email they sent me regarding the shipping is bogus. There has yet to be a tracking number.
