Ordered 2 items on the 13th August it's now the 13th October with nothing delivered, two emails later to be told the order has been lost in the post and that they can only refund me 50% of what I paid. I have contacted my solicitor today regarding this issue as rosegal can not be bothered to help one of their customers.
I ordered two sweatshirts 12 days ago with expedited shipping. Received a confirmation of order email and noticed the payment was deducted from my bank account. Checked my Rosegal account the other day and order is still being processed. Really? It's taking over a week to find the two items, shove them into a box, and ship to me? I gave you my money, now do your part. This site will be shut down if you continue to receive horrendous reviews. I am, along with dozens of other clients, beyond disappointed. I submitted a ticket regarding the status of my order. They returned with, "sorry to hear you want to cancel your order." I just wanted to know when I would be expecting my items. I submitted a reply. And if I do not receive a direct response from Rosegal about the status of my order or soon to be return, then I will file a complaint with the Bureau of Consumer Protection.

I recently ordered about $70 worth of Rosegal clothing just to give it a shot. The clothes look nothing like they do online. A large shirt arrived that could have fit my 8 year old. The smell coming from the package was so strong and gross that I am tossing the clothes (in fear that if I donated them, someone would fall ill). They must be trying to poison their customers. I'm not that sensitive, but holy moly... my eyes are still watering 15 minutes after trying on a few shirts. Buyer Beware! I googled China clothing to try to figure out what they doused the clothing in. It is sickening! Save your time and money. They don't allow returns.

I submitted my order on 9/17, its 10/13 and I've heard nothing from RoseGal. I've tried multiple times to track my order but am required to log into the site to do so. I've tried and I keep getting an error message stating my log on in is invalid. I tried the 'forgot my password' link and it asks for the verification code ( the ones that sites give you on the log in pages ex:@wtb etc). I enter it just as it shows and it tells me that I'm entering it wrong! I tried this at least 10 times on different computers. I used the 'contact us' link at the bottom of the page and it requires you to log in! Well that's my problem-I cant log in! I tried the US phone number provided on the site and I get a 'Phone Jack' voice message that states the mailbox is full. Nothing that identifies the phone number as belonging to RoseGal! At this point I do feel as if this is a scam and that I'll never get my money or product. At this point I would just like my money back and am considering contacting PayPall and identifying this site as fraud! If I could give them zero stars I would!

I ordered from RoseGal on August 25 2015. I didn't receive my order UNTIL OCTOBER 13,2015. I wrote them several complaints. They were good about contacting me back. That is the only positive here. Once I received my clothing, I was completely disgusted with the material. It literally looked like halloween costume material. Not only that, it basically looked like a cheap sew job and a cheap knock off from the picture I saw on the site. I ordered a white set (crop top and high waist skirt). The skirt looked nothing like the picture on the site and the sewing was coming undone. NEVER AGAIN.

I order from this company in August. It is now October and the summer clothes I ordered are nowhere to be found and now it is 47 degrees outside. I have contacted the company twice and have no solution. DO NOT GET SCAMMED LIKE I DID! File a complaint at www.econsumer.gov
UPDATE! I let Rosegal know that I filed complaints here and at econsumer.go. They offered me 1/2 of my money back. I replied stating that I did not want half of my money back on an order I NEVER RECEIVED! They responded saying they would give me all of my money back! I am watching my PayPal account and will let you know if that actually happens!
Another update! Full refund issued Oct 17th. Order still never arrived.

I purchased two hooded sweatshirts for myself and a friend. The money had already been taken from my account, and I received an email saying thank you for your order. Fast forward to 2 weeks later, and I had yet to receive an email regarding my tracking info, so I opened a trouble ticket. I asked for an update regarding my order, and I was told that it would be "three weeks before the order was prepared well". The estimated date of the ordered being ready is October 22nd. So I requested a refund for the expedited shipping I paid for, and they told me no since they are still shipping it expedited, just three weeks after it should've arrived. I then asked, why was I not informed about the items being on back order prior to my contacting them one week after I originally placed my order, and how this is very poor customer service, but the representative, Melissa, did not respond. They asked if I want to change my order, but after reading everyone's reviews and seeing the quality of their products, I WILL BE REQUESTING A FULL REFUND! Also, I was charged an international fee that I was not informed of prior to my purchase, nor after. I learned this when I received my statement.

I recently order some items. After reading the reviews I took a chance. First off for all the complainers out there, you should no better to order a larger size. It is a well known fact the better quality the clothing the smaller the size. I normally take a s/m and I ordered a large. Secondly, what do you expect with these prices, you should know, you get what you pay for, these items are easily 3 times the price in the malls. I ordered only $75 worth and if they last more than a season well that would be a bonus. If they smell, then sanitize in your wash. Obviously its overseas with the prices, so do your research and order American made clothing and pay the price... I fully expect to wait for these items, and if you can't afford a $75 loss then don't order, I can easily donate these items and write them off on my taxed... STOP COMPLAINING PEOPLE!

I was absolutely flabbergasted to discover a website in Rosegal which had clothes and accessories which looked exactly like authentic designer products, especially the handbags which I have a particular penchant for! I bought my second one today the prices are outrageously affordable for what the products look like and feel like and I will only buy my handbags here in future!
Ordered more than 150$ of clothes and jewellery.
90% of that was absolutely not like in pictures or not respected the normal standard of size (I ordered M as I always do and it fits like an extra small!)
I asked for refund and after few days they finally answered that they could send some different size for me (not only some of the size were wrong but the biggest problem was that they weren't looking as they were in pictures!)
I'm an usual customer of online shops and this one is absolutely the worst! Too slow to answer at any questions, veeeery long timing to ship and to receive the package back (still waiting for a refund)

I order it for my Birthday on Aug 18 2015. Oct 11 2015. TODAY I received what I order at RoseGal.com it was a Tank Top it looked so cute on the model and I compared my body with hers because it said one size so I order it.
