I thought for $15 it was a great deal and good quality. All seams good, no strings. Label said made in Turkey-- not China. Colors were as picture depicted. I opted for "Free Shipping." It took about 6 weeks to arrive so be patient. I contacted them and they got back immediately. They may run a little small -- I order a small and it fit perfectly, but I only weigh 106. I would probably order a medium next time, to allow for washing. Labels state % of fabric, but not if fabric has been pre-shrunk. Next time I will probably pony up for shipping cost -- this was a test. They passed. Not Neiman's, but not Neimans prices either, but cute good quality for casual wear. Will try them again.

On the 3rd of September I ordered two dresses! I am still yet to receive these dresses which I really looked forward to wearing to a special event that I had a week ago! The money was taken out of my account very quickly.
Last week a sent in a trouble ticket on the Rose Gal site and it said to allow for 24 hours for a response and I'm still waiting.
I am extremely disappointed in this site and will never order from it again! I enjoy online shopping and any other site I have ever ordered from has never been this untrustworthy. I will most definitely stick to the sites I know from now on!

I am still waiting for my order from September 11th. They give all sorts of excuses. The best one is it will take 45 days to ship to you. They don't say what year and that you will "never" receive the merchandise or your money back. If I had read the reviews they never would have gotten my money. Whatever you do, don't order from them. I purchased two items, was given a tracking number through china post and then after two months when the delivery deadline had expired and my items still hadn't arrived, I sent an email asking why the tracking number no longer worked and what type of compensation I could receive for my missing items. I was offered a 50% refund or told that I could have my items reshipped if I paid 50% of what I had paid originally for the items. Very disappointing to say the least.

In ordered a beautiful T-shirt from Rose-gal. Fist they sent me a tracking number that didn't work. When I told them the tracking number didn't work, they just said that it would arrive in 10 to 25 days. I knew that, but I wanted to track the package. They shouldn't even give out a tracking number if it doesn't even work.
The worst thing that happened is that they sent me the wrong order. I waited expectantly for this beautiful t-shirt that I saw on the website. I received a hideous shirt that was an entirely different print and silky fabric, not a t-shirt. It was all scrunched in a tiny bag.
It really didn't take a long time for a product to arrive, but it wasn't what I ordered. I am so disappointed. I could not wear cute clothes for years, and I see the cutest t-shirt ever and was so happy to be able to purchase it... and what do I get!?!?!

I was offered $22 off my "wholesale" order of $1,116 and like a foul I agreed. No one told me there would be more fees to come! After a couple weeks of not receiving my package I realized I should look into what was going on. After getting a tracking number realized it had been sitting in transport for a week not moving because dues were owed which I was never informed about. I asked the lady at DHL what would happen if I hadn't called and she responded "we send it back to the seller or destroy it"! I could have lost my entire investment if I had waited to long to look into the situation. As a busy business owner it is easy to forget about things for awhile and I feel lucky this time that I hadn't waited to long and lost everything! Now I have clothes that I paid more money then listed on the site that they sell to everyone who wants to buy. Some "wholesale" deal! I feel like I've been scammed! Wholesalers don't waste your time! I would also like to add once I received my order all the pants fit slightly short and had a huge area for the crotch which looks super weird on every lady I have seen try them on so far :( Terrible terrible investment. I will NEVER order from these people again and I suggest you do not either!

I place an order and they sent an email saying that my order was shipped and that the receipt is a picture that somebody took of a package that allegedly was sent to me. The track number was from a Chinese postal service. After about 2 months, no delivery! Try to contact Rosegal's costumer service, it never goes through.
Got my money back by disputing the charges with my credit card.
Definitely I don't recommend buy from them.
