Terrible!

The very first order came in good time (i paid for quick shipping.) after that everything went down hill. Next 2 items had serious sizing issues. THEN I ordered a similar item as the very first (as that was a success) but this is when they really started taking the piss! 2 orders made a week a part in Aug STILL TO THIS DAY has not come. Emails bounce back. There's no telephone contact and the stupid ticket things are there SOLELY to waste your time. If you have money to throw away, give it to charity before you give it to these scam artists. They need to be shut down!

Thanks for your reply Nixcy T. I don, t have money to throw away a my hubby is an pensioner and I only do part time work to make ends meet. But thought I would try these cheaper ways to shop sites. Won't fall for that again. Really hate being ripped off but will take this further if I have to.

Complete Scam!

Received my order and everything was crap! Sizes were not even close to correct and the clothes were incredibly cheap! Nothing fit correctly at all! After I sent everything back and paid for shipping I asked for a refund and they have yet to give me my money back! I have asked multiple times and no response! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Wow, wish I had found this site before I ordered, the sizes are a joke, for children, I followed the sizing chart, I am a size 6/M in Womens/Juniors typically, I ordered Larges to be on the side, what a JOKE, they are huge or a midget, no quality is TERRIBLE and now they will not respond to let me return the items. Out over $100 dollars, save your money and time, do not shop here, the clothing is disgusting and cheap, nothing like the pictures.

I ordered 4 items since August and did just as I have done in the past. I paid for the items. After just over a month I contacted them and their response to me was we don't know where it is and we will refund you only 50% of your $30 you spent. If you want us to resend it send us 50% of the cost. What a $#*!ing scam! Why would I do that. This is bull$#*! and I am pissed as ever. I will NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!... THAT IS FOR SURE. What kind of assurance do their customers have if the product was never delivered?
Any other place especially using PayPal gives you that assurance that you can get your money back if they don't produce. Honestly, $30 US is too much money to blow just because my order did not arrive. And I was patient... I waited a $#*!ing long time.

Dont Buy

I was placing my order last night, didn't read any reviews wish I had before placing order. But as I was sending my information I said my card was declined and couldn't purchase the items. I wake up this morning, go to the atm to withdrawl and am told that there was an unauthorized purchase and my account was frozen, if I find out they garnished my money I will do whatever I have to do to make sure these people get shut down. After receiving useless junk from Rosegal I went to Paypal and they first ask that you deal w/ the seller so I did. Eventually Rosegal said they would give me more than I had asked for if I agreed to that sum. I told them I did and asked when I would get it. They told me that they couldn't pay me till I closed my case w/ Paypal. If I close my case I cannot re-open it again and would no longer have Pay pal's support and then I'd be outa luck. Rosegal knew that and they offer more than they were asked for hoping greed would get you to do as they say and close the Paypal case. Most people don't read the fine print and wouldn't realize what closing the case means. Rosegal are slimey crooks and their merchandise is slimey junk.

I ordered 2 dresses on 4th august was told they had been shipped on 15th august sent e. Mail after e. Mail and kept being told to wait a little longer, was even sent picture of my parcel, but on the date on picture it said 5th sept it had been sent, i think they just wrapped a parcel up and put my name on it then took it off again, just to shut me up, they have even stopped answering my e. Mails, i would never order from them again, shame really as i would have ordered more, i will report this and carry on, do not order from this place, they are bad people

Missing half my order

Never received half my order, received an email from Rosegal, to "reply" with my order number. They sent the email to me from a no-reply email address, and there is no way for me to get in touch with them. So annoying. I wasn't upset at first, but after trying to email/login/make ticket requests for one hour, I'm so frustrated.
