I ordered a dress for Halloween back in August. A dress just came today, and I am completely appalled and disgusted that this site can legally stay in business.
My dress was supposed to be a woman's blue gingham cotton maxi. Off the shoulder, quarter long sleeves, a sash to tie around the waist, and pockets on either side. I mean, the dress is literally called "Sweet Slash Collar 3/4 Sleeve Pocket Design Women's Maxi Dress".
What I received was a child's blue polyester / spandex-y piece of crap. The seams are in complete shambles, the sleeves come up above the elbow, there is no sash, and definitely no pockets. I could have hand sown a better dress, and I only had one 6 weeks of sewing in high school... over 10 years ago!
I was the most worried about the size and whether or not it would fit me, but size is the least of the problems. Literally everything about this dress is wrong. Not to mention I had to wait over 2 months for this piece of garbage.
I hope you all are really proud of yourselves for completely ripping me off. Use your money wisely because you won't get another cent from me, and certainly not much more of it with this kind of false advertising.

Be careful with this site! They use you credit card information and purchase stuff without your knowledge. I just talked to my bank and they've been using my credit card and hey spent over 2000 dollars. I am taking legal actions in this matter.

This website is s scam. I ordered my clothes a month ago and have yet to receive them. The worst part is, my money has been taken out of my bank account. I have tried everything to get my money back or my clothes! When I call the service line I get a message saying "leave a message... sorry our guest box is full" and then my call ended. Unfortunately it seems when something seems too good to be true it generally is. The stunning clothes in the pictures are far from what I actually received. Cheap imitations using horrible materials and looking like I made it myself. Not happy, not tried to work out how to send it back yet.

If u look on other China websites to buy anything. It really takes about 90 days for anyone to receive their package for free shipping and to receive it in 7 to 10 days it takes quite a bit of money from China. Rosegal should be completely honest about the shipping prices and would probably receive better reviews. Most people know that products from China are usually cheaply made so should expect that.
