Ordering was easy and the product turned out beautiful. It was a great gift for my dad's 80th birthday. It was shipped good to protect it during shipping. I did not have to contact them on any issues

I ordered the journal for my daughter who was going on a trip so I paid extra to have the journal delivered in 3-5 days but I did not receive the journal until 28 days later, thankfully a day before my daughter was to leave on her 6 month trip.

I ordered this necklace for my son. The engravings are barely visible and the chain gets kinked very easily. The card was NOT the "Girlfriend" sentiment I ordered. The pull tab on the "drawer" of the box pulled off entirely, making it difficult to then open the box/drawer style. I just expected better quality.

Experience was fine. Put my order in and waited for delivery.

I asked for the names of my kids to be on specific size teardrops and they couldn't do it. They got the names backwards and wrote where I wanted it to be. It also took 3-4 weeks to get my necklace and now it is going to be another 3-4 weeks for the replacement.

Waited way to long for shipping as well I still haven't received the item

I ordered a recipe book for my daughter in law. She loved it!

Its a little smaller than I thought it would be, but it came intact and it was what I had ordered. Thank you very much!

Do not order anything from this company. Very poor quality. Ordered Dec 17th for Christmas presents did not receive it till late January. The order was wrong. They sent me more inserts Still wrong. Horrible experience with this company..

Cant say much i ordered a while ago I think 10 days ago now still havnt seen my shipment and no tracking info sent. I think it's coming from China so kinda explains the wait. I'm working on forgetting about it and one day when it shows up it will be a surprise almost like Christmas morning.

My daughter ordered this for me to make more room for the great grand kids. One picture has the grandkids and one has thr greats. They are just adorable, and so well done. Very happyi

It is very difficult to see the picture. Tried everything as advertised, flashlight, natural light, and finally caught a glimpse of the picture while using a magnifying glass. So be sure to order a magnifying glass alone with your order.

Overall, the names were difficult to read. The flowers were nice
