Waited over a month to receive a gift for my anniversary. Had multiple emails saying give us one more week. Now I've had to dispute the charge with my credit union. This is a scam!

The item was great. The only reason I give it 4 stars it's because it took close to a month to arrive. Thought this item was made in the USA and shipped within a few days. It came from overseas. I had a dead line and didn't receive on time. For future purchases I will place the order a month in advance.

Don't order its a scam! They never sent a confirmation number for my order until I contacted the customer service email and asked to cancel my order. Never received my order.

Easy ordering. Shipping took awhile but was worth the wait.

After the order was placed, I received no email confirmation, no shipping date, no note or email of delayed shipment - basically NO communication at all. It was difficult to settle my account after a long and trying time with Rose Feels. I had to get my bank involved in the process.

I was happy with the product, it was beautiful.
And it came right on time.

The flowers and print of names were so small and bunched together that they are almost not possible to read. Very unsatisfied.

It took over a month to receive my leather bound photo album, but I like the final product for the most part.
I expected the book to have something to hold the individual photos, but unfortunately there are only brown paper pages inside, so the photos are going to have to be glued down.
Construction quality is good and I believe it will hold up well. The stamping on the cover seems a little off center to the left, but that may be intentional to avoid the leather string used to tie the book closed. I would recommend that you order well in advance if this is for a special occasion.

I had trouble uploading my photo. I would have expected an email telling me that you couldn't make a good copy that was legible. I feel like I wasted $50. It was going to be a Christmas gift for my sister since it was in our deceased mother's handwriting.

Very pretty, and it was hust like the pucture online. Very easy to order all dufferent flowers and names

When we finally got the bracelet it was great! Good quality and very cute. It took almost 4 weeks to get here though.

I didn't receive an order confirmation email (red flag), and the query I trie to send via their Contact Us form would not send (red flag #2). I contacted my credit card company, and they told me the company had another name, and that they were located in China (red flags #3 and #4).

My order did arrive, but the wooden frame was terribly cheap and flimsy. I ended up finding a block of walnut wood elsewhere, and just used the figurines.

Definitely NOT professional in ordering, or in value for money. But I *did* learn a valuable lesson about sticking with known, reputable companies from now on.
