I did not receive my order. I followed up with the company and they requested that I give them a few more days. It's now been another month and I still haven't received it and they have not responded yet to my additional inquiries.
They responded but kept asking for grace. I paid extra for faster shipping and almost a month later. It was shoved in mailbox.

Purposely pretends to place orders then tries to negotiate making money by charging restocking fees (they never had the product to begin with. Read the reviews on their very one social media pages. That will give you an idea what kind of fraudulent company they are. Should he pursued by a local district attorney.
I didn't have issues with the purchase of item. When it arrived the box was a bit small or at least wasn't what I expected. The item itself was larger than I expected so that was good! I wish the gift box was bigger, but the bag was the right size. Overall wasn't too bad!

I stumbled upon the site and really liked the idea of birth flowers with names in watercolor. I finished the order and waited 3 weeks for it to arrive. Apparently it came from China. It finally arrived the day after her birthday. It was much smaller than it looked on the website and the material quality was not that great. The print itself turned out nice, so I gave her the gift and she loves it.
Took a month for delivery just to find out it was the size of a creamer container 😩. No, I did not look up measurements but for $45, i was very disappointed on the size. It looks nice but the pictures online were VERY misleading.
I will not do buisness with this company again. And I ask you to check the reviews beforehand and check the standing with the BBB. Due to my oversight I ordered without checking first. Leason learned.
For the price I spent for this, this is VERY cheaply made.
They aren't put together at all and the little people just sit there waiting to fall right off. As soon as one fell off the head broke off.
Not worth the price. On top of that it came from china so took about a MONTH to receive.
I paid for a standard 5-8 day shipping, and ordered the vase a month ago. This was a birthday gift and is incredibly late now. Nowhere on the website does it say how long production is and once I sent my first email a couple weeks after order was placed how long until it ships somehow it was able to ship next day. My order has been in transit for at least a couple weeks and I have been in contact with CS however no one is providing any update on eta at all, just saying carrier is "out of our control".
Be very careful what you order and what the pictures look like. Will not buy from here again.

Absolutely terrible experience. I got my poor quality product almost two months after I ordered. I tried to cancel my order and they told me to wait until it shipped so they could process it correctly. I did and now they are saying they can only give me a partial refund once I return the item at my cost. Terrible on all fronts.
The ordering process was easy and the product came just as it looked online. I am upset that I did not receive the easels that I paid for.
It's everything I expected, this is special for us to have the pictures of our past journey and future. The memories that we can add to Our Time book is going to stay in our generation and future. Hopefully we can reconnect in that time b
