Would NEVER recommend

I ordered this in January, paid for 5-8 calendar days shipping so that it could be here before Valentine's Day. It is now 2/27 and I still do not have order.I've been going back and fourth with them to get my refund. They 1st only offered me $10. I rejected. I cannot get them to respond to emails. I extremely upset & would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE, not even a fly!

Project never received

Never received my product. Ordered 12/18/24. Emailed to check on status and indicated it was delayed in shipping and provided a tracking number. However, tracking number said delivered 1/2/25 in mailbox. Local USPS could not confirm delivery and it would not have fit in mailbox. Also their email said delayed. So not sure it was even sent.

Mixed feelings about the order

The design and the idea of the product is great. The one problem I had is that the frame was broken. And I wouldn't want to receive another one since it will take time to be deliver. This was supposed to be a valentine's day gift and I had to improvise another gift since this one was broken

I placed an order in January, it took over a month before I got any communication about my order. I was told to give it a few more days before requesting a refund, so I gave it 8 days and my order still hasn't shipped.
I requested a refund and got my money back.
Complete waste of time.

This product is so cheap (and not in a good inexpensive way). The print on the cover is off centered, the book didn't have the pages we selected, and I'm pretty sure this seller just ordered the product from someone else and then ships it on behalf of themselves. This product was awful. Do not pay what they're selling this for as it is extremely cheap and ugly in person. Nothing like what the image makes it seem like.
