The words on my Grandma's Garden were barely readable and the flowers were also disappointing. Also it was so thin that we aren't sure how to hang it on the wall. Too much money for something so simply made.

I ordered a scrapbook for my girlfriend for Valentine's day and needed it shipped internationally. They prepared my order right away and got it shipped really fast. It arrived well in time and looked great.

This was my daughter and wife 3rd anniversary gift. They loved it it was looked just like the pic even better. My girls loved it and so did I.

The item I ordered was to be personalized and when it came it was wrong. I emailed for a correction and never received an answer.

Waited till way over the promised time for delivery. Didn't get a response till I sent a email 4 times. My item is paid for and still nothing received

I made an order and paid extra for fast shipping, I didn't receive it for 2 months and it showed up broken. Never saw a refund for shipping in my account either. Awful experience.

I ordered a gift for my mom, and it came falling apart and very faded. It looks like a 3rd grader made it. The quality is horrible.

I purchased a leather-bound book as a birthday gift for my wife and opted for expedited shipping (5–7 days), bringing the total to around $100.

However, the company didn't withdraw the funds from my account until three days later. I never received an email confirmation or any form of communication. There was no contact information available, and I was left completely in the dark.

In the end, my order took nearly five weeks to arrive. Throughout the entire process, I received no updates, confirmation, or order details. I was convinced the site was a scam and even was contacting my bank to dispute the transaction.

Words on the wooden family tree are crooked. I have emailed you and you requested pictures. I sent those two days ago and have not heard anything further.

Shipping time is really long, even with expedited shipping. I ordered on January 31, and paid extra for 3-5 day shipping to ensure delivery of this gift in time for Valentine's Day (February 14). The site said it ships within 3-4 business days, and add 305 days for shipping and it should have gotten there comfortably by Feb 14 (15 days later). The product did not ship until February 17, and then took 15 days to arrive. After a week, the tracker application no longer tracker it - just a blank screen. It stayed in China for 4 days waiting to be dispatched. When I complained about the late delivery, they offered to refund $10 (this was before it had left China). I went back and forth, and they then offered to refund the difference between regular and expedited shipping ($17) even though regular shipping should have been free based on the order amount, and finally after a long haggle they refunded the full shipping charge only (no refund on the product). The item itself is nice, but timing is not their stroing suit.

Ordered 03/01/2025. 9 to 12 days to ship. March 4 and still not arrived.
Can't tell you if it is good or not, haven't seen it.
Ordered for my anniversary. Plenty of time given the statement on the website. There is room to improve here for sure.

I just received my board with the handwritten recipe. It is wrong! There are so many words missing the letter "i". I can not give this gift. I am heartbroken. It is absolutely awful. I'm going to see what I can do. I wish I could give a negative star. So I have to give a 1 star.

I ordered the week of thanksgiving and was told it could be a couple weeks. I was delivered about 8 weeks later.

Waited a month bur still got what I wanted thank you so much I like yalls shop might order again
