Easy to order and when it arrives it was exactly what I had been looking for. Keep the shipping estimates in mind when ordering though. It truly took the full estimated shipping time, but worth it!

I got my gift and it was very cool and we loved it

I ordered this before Father's Day, paid expedited shipping, and was told I would receive the week of Father's Day. I got notified that it wasn't shipped until July 5th and would arrive in 2 days because I paid expedited shipping. It did not arrive until July 12th. Clearly nowhere near Father's Day or expedited 2-day shipping. I explained my concern to the company and asked for a refund on the expedited shipping which was expensive. They only offered me $10 back after my sending several emails back and forth about my concern.

The item we purchased was perfect! My husband loved it. Only down side is it took over a month to receive. Other than that super happy with our purchase.

It took a lot longer than I thought and all of the words were crooked.

Very happy with the product. However, paid for expedited shipping and received the package approximately three weeks later.

Overall a good experience! Bracelet was a special gift.

Cool design, especially for my dad who likes Star Wars. The only thing I'd say is the design is smaller than I thought it would be and the lightsaber was slightly off, didn't seem to be pushed into place enough. But it's handmade so totally understandable. Overall really enjoy my product.

Shipping was a bit hard to follow but it came early so I can't complain. Creating it was easy and quick all in all a good experience

My daughter in law loved the bracelet! It's beautiful. The only thing that could be improved would be shipping notification and tracking. I had no feedback until it showed up at my house.

I had a good experience with my order; I got what I ordered. It took longer than expected but I was not happy about the packing. I got 3 bracelets and they all came in different type of box and one of the boxes was broken

When they print the name they made a mistake on it.

Ordered one with 6 birth stones and there were 9 total stones. The engraving on the inside was very very hard to read

It was not clear that it was going to take 4 weeks to shop the order. I purchased something that was on sale for Father's day, so I was expecting to receive it around that time. However, I finally received the product 1 month after ordering. If the lead time is that long, it should be explicitly stated. That being said, the item was exactly what I ordered, came in good condition, and was very nice.

It took quite a long time to arrive and was smaller then desired but person still loved the gift.
