My bracelet was late to get delivered to my home and i was unhappy because i had to pay for shipping and it wasn't reliable.
The customized key chain turned out great. My only comment is not being told when it would arrive and it taking so long was frustrating.

Very satisfied with my bracelet. This is the second one I ordered and loved them both.
First, it was delayed for 2 weeks, and when I asked, they used an excuse saying it was father's day and "apparently" Omnicron slowed them down. I then had to email a 2nd time, and a few days later, they gave me the tracking. After 3-4 weeks, I got my package. Now in terms of the quality of the sign, I thought it was gonna be a plastic sign and a plastic stand, but nope, all wood. One saber was crooked and some letters were as well. In my opinion, that's not a $60 service.
The package came way after they said. The glue on layers of wood is releasing. 70 dollars isn't lasting its first week
Took over a month to receive and when I finally got it, it was way smaller than I'd thought it would be and the pegs/engravings were loose and easily peeled off and crooked.
I am writing this because there were some comments about the legitimacy of RoseFeels. I received exactly what I ordered and it was very well made.
I ordered the item for my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary that we were hosting at our house. I paid for expedited shipping but the item still arrived a week later than the event. I dont feel I should pay for expedited shipping being that it did not arrive in time and was ordered well in advance according to the shipping times on the website.
Because this is a mans bracelet. I was disappointed with the product. The leather bracelet was delicate/thin in material and the engraved silver bands were thin as well. Overall is ok.

Sent emails (some which didnt get a response until I threatened to contest the charge to my bank). The item stand is super flimsy and the product is still spelled wrong. Not worth the time or money
