I ordered a bracelet weeks in advance for Father's day. I even added the VIP and rusher shipping both of which were a waste of money. I received my order nearly two weeks after Father's day.

Ordering was really easy and received it much faster than I thought I would and my husband loves the bracelet! Nice quality item.

I needed my item in time for an adoption, so I paid the extra cost for expedited shipping. The item was still not arrived 10 days after I had paid for, but when I contacted customer service they told me to "wait patiently". After another week, I did finally get them to refund me $7 (which wasn't even the cost of shipping). The item finally arrived 2 weeks later. I did like the item, however I would never order from this company again.

The product is as advertised but I paid 9$ For the extra gift bag and it looks like it was just put in a grey Norman delivery packaging. I guess I just expected different for 9$. Otherwise it was good

Placed my order on June 1 and finally on June 17 inquired via email when the item would be shipped since my card had already been charged. Received an ema that item was shipped on June 18. Received the item and it is too small. Medium man's wrist size and it barely fits on my small wrist. Disappointed.
