It took too long to receive the product but it was a nice gift.

It took a pretty long time to get to my address and the payment didn't work the first time. When it arrived, I didn't know what to expect, but it looked amazing. My mother loved it!

I ordered the 15 names item. I put N/A in line 15 for not applicable bc I only had 14 names but I could not check out unless I had something in line 15. I also sent an email telling them that there are only 14 names & explained the same reasoning for line 15 as I am here. They still put N/A on one of the hearts. I explained to them that I sent them an email about that & their response was the item was already shipped before getting the email & they would reimburse me 20% of the purchase. I accepted bc I have seen other reviews about their customer service & I wanted to get what little I could. Now for the actual product it is not worth $81.00! It is extremely thin & not very big. The detail is nice but not for $81.00. I got this for my mother in law that has all her grandchildren names. I ended up covering up the the heart that had N/A with a sticker heart & she still loved it. I just want to give everyone a heads up that it's not worth the money they are asking for.

The site is awesome and the selections are very nice. I bought this as a memory gift for a friend who lost a loved one. The necklace I selected is so appropriate and captures how she is feeling.

This company is located in China. I ordered a gift for my partner for father's day. The order said shipping was 7-10 days and I ordered it 3 weeks before father's day. It has been a month and it has still not come! When I contacted the company to cancel the order they replied that according to there cancelation policy they would only refund 50% of the order! Very poor business practices! I wish would would have read other peoples reviews of this company. Save your money and order from a domestic company!

The product was definitely what I expected and the sentimental value is appreciated by the person that received the necklace.

I placed the order 2 1/2 weeks prior to the date I wanted the piece to be here. Had to check in with Customer Service. Received a response with tracking, and it made it here just in time.

It is just as it was pictured. Looks good. Took just a bit of time to get here but I guess you can expect that from a personalized item. We are happy. Order with time thats all :)
