Shipping took forever and necklace looks like it came from a quarter machine. For $40

Easy to navigate. Slow to ship. Tracking showed it was in California for 10 days. Product was nicely done however expensive for the material used.

Misleading pricing structure but I'm optimistic the final product will be good

Update 7/21: the next time I spend $20 on expedited shipping I better get what I pay for in a timely manner. I was not impressed that my order placed around June 20th and shipped on July 1st did not arrive until July 10th, two days after my anniversary.

I was a little worried that the gift would not come in time, but they shipped fast and received it before the wedding. It came and was packed perfectly.

Bought for my husband and he loves it! It fits perfectly, the only thing I would change is the clasp.

Ordering our engraved wooden piece was a breeze! Very straight forward! And the piece looked exactly as I imagined it would. The recipient was very pleased! However, it took a month for the piece to arrive. That's a long time in our world of instant gratification. I would order from them again, but I'll be sure to plan more time.

The product took over 16 days to arrive I thought was a long time. I knew I wouldn't have the product by Father's Day given when I ordered it, but after 15 days, I sent an email inquiring of the status. My husband likes the bracelet a lot, however after wearing it for a week, the sleeve is loose and so he stopped wearing it for concern it may fall off. He will take it to a watch store to see if the sleeve could be adjusted to fit more snug.

Great work, packaged well nothing was damaged in shipping.
