It took about a month to get it, but overall I'm quite happy with my purchase.

Product looks great just what I wanted. Except for the fact That it started to separate itself and it needs to be glued again.

Just wish the shipping was faster but when I received the product, it was worth the wait.

I found that ordering was easy. The problem was that I never got updates on my order. Once I searched and found that my order had been completed, I never received a shipment notice. I finally sent an email and received a reply regarding the status.

It's a nice product, but I paid for expedited delivery and it still took longer than it should have and was indicated.

I wanted to do something special for my wife on our anniversary and it being the first year with our twins. The products was crafted beautifully and delivered within the time frame stated at purchase.

I bought 2 male bracelets. One was the right size but the other was not. I needed a large instead of a medium. I contacted you but you only offered me a 20% discount if I returned the product and you would send me a coupon to use on placing yet another purchase for another bracelet. I bought them because my brother is dying of pancreatic cancer. I thought perhaps your company would have some class but apparently not. Will never recommend you to anyone. Liked the bracelets too. Too bad. Customer satisfaction doesn't mean anything anymore.

I thought this company was a scam.
I bought a necklace. Paid for expedited 3 day shipping and the necklace arrived 24 days late.

Easy to order. Arrived as described. Would do business with again. Arrived in a very timely manner.

I received exactly what I expected to receive. I ordered your product for my mother's 80th birthday and am so pleased to find that it is a perfect gift for her. I am looking so forward to presenting it to her on her birthday! It is rare to receive exactly what is expected and I would gladly recommend tour company to my family and friends which is saying a lot because that is something that I almost never do!

I got the necklaces and I love them at 1st and gave them to my significant other. About a month after wearing it for wearing it for a reasonable amount of time each day I started to notice the plating on the black half heart getting scratched and so now it shows a shiny material on this dark colored plating. It is a little bit worn out all around.

The product is amazing. I had a special 'add-on' order to a year old order due to my grandchild being recently born. I had to go through the customer service email. They were not immediate with the responses and a bit confusing, but in the end it worked out and got my order delivered on time for my husband's birthday. The products are reasonable and of good quality.

I was satisfied with the product. However, the speed at which items were delivered was slow for selecting expedited shipping.

The product was cheaply made and poorly put together with edges that don't align and the names scribed so faintly they aren't legible unless you look closely. I paid $30 for expedited shipping and the item still showed up a week late. When I emailed customer care I got a bull$#*! response with no offer to credit the expedited shipping fee. I will never buy from or recommend this scam if a business again.
