Too bad. Customer satisfaction doesn't mean anything anymore.

I am looking so forward to presenting it to her on her birthday! About a month after wearing it for wearing it for a reasonable amount of time each day I started to notice the plating on the black half heart getting scratched and so now it shows a shiny material on this dark colored plating. It is a little bit worn out all around.

The product is amazing. I had a special 'add-on' order to a year old order due to my grandchild being recently born. I had to go through the customer service email. They were not immediate with the responses and a bit confusing, but in the end it worked out and got my order delivered on time for my husband's birthday. The products are reasonable and of good quality.

I paid $30 for expedited shipping and the item still showed up a week late. When I emailed customer care I got a bull$#*! response with no offer to credit the expedited shipping fee. I will never buy from or recommend this scam if a business again.
