Took weeks to get here, and it wants me to have 50 characters

I ordered a wooden family tree for my mom's 80th birthday and paid for expedited shipping. There were no product delivery updates and when I asked if it had shipped yet, they gave me a tracking number whose status never updated. It arrived late and the shipping bag was torn. The wooden family tree was scraped along the front edge, very noticeable. I contacted Customer Service with photos and to get a replacement or refund. Customer Service agent Lisa offered a 20% refund and asked if I could fix it myself. When I pushed for a full refund, Lisa said I had to ship it to China at my own cost, and when they received it, they would refund the original price. Lisa also told me to expect it to take a very long time to reach China and get a refund. This is the worst customer service I have ever received! Their wooden product was shipped in a cheap plastic bag that was damaged during shipping and they take no responsibility for the quality of the product. Do not buy from this company unless you want to be severely disappointed!

Great, very easy to order. The product is just like it was described.

Product was great, however, it did not arrive with the 4-8 business days as stated. Product was shipped on 7/26 and did not arrive until 8/10 which is 10 business days.

I paid for fast shipping and it still took about two weeks to get here. Apparently they didn't have the product in stock and they didn't tell me. So for my five year anniversary I had nothing to give to my wife. When it finally got here it was a good product though. If you have a set date of availability and time delivered be atleast a little close to it..

I ordered a necklace as a birthday gift for my mom, and it said it would be here a few days before her birthday. It didn't arrive for another 2 weeks or so. She loves the necklace though, it turned out beautiful. Just order earlier than you need it by!

I didn't like that you don't give a lead time to ship on the products. You only show transit time. It showed up at the recipients the day we left but she was thrilled with it and hung it immediately!

Paid for an enhanced gift box that was not adequate. I ordered 4 necklaces and one of the four gift boxes didn't match, and the gift bag wasn't big enough to hold all four. Wouldn't mind but I paid extra for the gift boxes that were not the best quality and one broke upon opening.

Lovely work, and shipped within reasonable time, will order again!

Got this made for the birth of my daughter and my wife loves it. We're still debating where exactly to hang it up, but it will definitely be something we treasure for years to come.

Order was so long ago I forgot I'd ordered it actually! So it was a nice surprise! I will say the products aren't what I remember ordering. It's been that long ago!

Arrived on time and looked great! This was for my parents' anniversary and they loved it

I like the jewelry itself though it was intended to be a gift for someone's anniversary and I had to get it to them several weeks late, even though I ordered it with plenty of wiggle-room in case there was a snag in the delivery process. Company needs to be more honest with the amount of time it will take.

Easy to order. Great selection and service. Timely delivery.
