Popped up as an add, really liked what I saw. Gave it a chance and ordered one. First couple emails with information came quickly. Was told in one email may take 9-10 days to ship. Never got another follow up email. Product did arrive in great condition but took almost double the time told in the email. I understand it had to be made, would of been nice to have a email as to when it shipped. Was almost ready to email about status when it did show up. Would buy again from company but will expect more time to receive than told.
I purchased two mommy and me heart bracelets for my daughter starting school and ordered well in advance of the beginning of school. It took 4 weeks for them to arrive, and the start of school came and went. In addition once they arrived, both bracelets were the same size - I couldn't tell a single difference between them, and they are huge on my daughter with lots of string sticking out so basically unwearable for her. I am very disappointed in my order.
The processing was never updated so I didn't know it had shipped until I received it.
