Really sad I ordered a mommy and me bracelet for my daughter for her first day of school she was starting a new school and I wanted to give her this to think of me if she got nervous ordered in July it's now October and never received
Paid extra for expedited shipping. Order placed 9/3 received 9/24 by regular mail. Thought I was getting a US made crafts but not. The gift was nice.
I had to email about delivery. Did not receive update on delivery like promised.
Overall all was good. My only complaint is that there were a couple of errors. One with the speeding and the other was out of the 3 payment options on the sign I ordered, 2 were the same (PayPal & zelle) so I'll have to print my own code to cover that up.
Product is great, shipping experience was not great. 1 month to receive order. After reaching out to them because I didn't receive the shipping email after 10 days I thought maybe this was a scam and began to worry so I emailed them. When I finally receive the "out for delivery" email it didn't include the tracking number had to reach out to them again!

Missed my wife's birthday and I ordered it early. I figured over two weeks was more than enough time however the item is very nice.
The order came from China took a long time to be delivered, and once I got the item and tried it on it was too small and there is no option anywhere for returns or exchanges.
Order was placed and expedited service was paid for. Received the product 3 weeks after order was placed. Customer Service could not fully track were the order. When the item did arrive one of the names was not spelled correctly and I never received a call or email asking about a possible mistake. Koda was the pet name and what arrived on the tag is Kids. I'm disappointed in the process, shipping and customer service but the product is nice.

When I got my item in it was absolutely beautiful and beyond my expectations. My only complaint was delivery was a bit slow and the tracking system did not work very well. You do have to remember, thou that the item is coming from over seas and anything can happen. I would definitely do business with this company again.
