Late for the party!

Paid additional $25 for 3 day shipping. Product arrived 3 weeks later. Product was smaller and more delicate than expected. Product was not as pictured with metal inlay name tags. Asked for money back on shipping but they refused. Gave me $10 off. Pretty disappointed in the experience.

Damaged item

I placed my order for a beautiful framed piece and it was received damaged. I reached out to the company and included pictures of the damage. Instead of sending me a new item, they asked me to "try to fix it" and they would credit me 20%. This is unacceptable. The frame and plexiglass cover are broken and it also cause damage to the print. I have replied to their email and explained that this is not fixable and am waiting for their response. At this point, I can't give a higher review until I have a usable product.

Very pretty necklace

Looks very nice, we'll made. I was expecting the engraving to be a little larger, it was quite small on the hanging charm piece but I know it's there and I'm pretty satisfied overall.

It took almost 4 weeks to receive the bracelets even thought shipping was supposed to be 8-10 business days. And, the bracelets were identical, instead of one being for an adult and one being for a child. While the bracelet is adjustable, the thread is so big on my child it sticks out several inches on both sides.

Rosefeels was impossible to reach. They gave no tracking number and apparently dont care to let you know when your package should be expected. 80 dollars for a cheap looking product.

Paid extra for 3 business day shipping for my product. It took 2 weeks to get to me. Emailing the customer support wasn't helpful at all, as they just apologized for the tardiness. No offers to compensate for my wasted money on expedited shipping, nothing. I will never order anything from RoseFeels again!
