It's been more then a month and I didn't get the order, and didn't get any answers about it.
As of today, I still have not received my item. Have been told it was still in production.
Ordered a "Family Tree" placque. Accuracy of names was correct and front looked great. Disappointed that a heavier piece of word was not used for the price paid. Back of product could have been finished with stain to match the front. Also don't recall seeing that product was coming from China which took a long time to get to me.

But it takes forever for them to process it and it's coming from China and they can't help that nothing they can do about it so it takes a long time... but product itself it's very nice. You just have to think wayyyyyyy ahead to order this if you want for special event.

I ordered a birthstone ring for my Mom's birthday. I ordered it Sept. 28th. Her bday was Oct 12th. On 19th I got an email from them (which was a reply to MY email) that says. You're item just left production but I don't have a tracking number for you because our system hasn't updated yet. Today is Oct 22nd and I still have heard nothing. I think this company is either a scam or they have people working there that really drop the ball on how to handle customer service issues. I am beyond mad and at this point I just want my money back! I will not use them again and I don't recommend them to anyone!
Paid extra money to make sure I got my package in time and I did not. I had to repeatedly ask for a refund to only be told they could give me some of it because the shipping is a 3rd party.

I ordered an item for my mother's birthday on Oct 7th. Today is Oct 21st and I still have not received the item. I emailed the company on Oct 13th and they gave me a shipping number. The USPS shipping number only states a shipping label was created on Oct 13th, no further tracking info. I emailed them again on Oct 20th but have yet to hear back.
My item arrived broken in pieces and completely destroyed. It was a delicate wooden piece of artwork wrapped in paper and put in a plastic bag for shipping. Why would a delicate piece of art be wrapped in only paper and then a plastic bag for shipping.
I informed customer service of the damaged product and they offered me a 10% discount. I said no and asked for a full refund and they offered a 20% discount. I said no and asked for a full refund and they agreed only to do so if I ship the broken and damaged item back to China.
It has been a nightmare of an experience and I would never buy anything from them again and I suggest anyone thinking of buying something from them to look elsewhere.

Ordered this for my dad's birthday a month in advance. Came way too late. Product was good though.
The order came in as expected and my wife loved it. The only thing that I didn't realize was how small it was. It is beautiful but I wish I would have gotten a bigger version.
