Nightmare

I ordered a wooden name tag frame November 21,2022. Expected 9-14 day delivery. This was going to be a Christmas present. Upon going through PayPal, who I paid through and Rosefeels customer service in emails. The item didn't arrive by Christmas. It arrived today, January 20,2023! 2 months later! The item is very cheaply made. I am extremely disappointed and do not recommend Rosefeels at all due to the delivery nightmare and quality of item.

They have a return policy that says no questions asked, however once you try, you end up with days and days of no response followed by a sad offer of a 20% refund. When you refuse, again you're ignored. I got my money back by disputing the charge through PayPal and reported them to the FTC. Please steer clear of this scam.

Terrible experience all the way around!

I typically don't go out of my way to leave reviews but I felt compelled to do so in this case.

I placed an order through rosefeels for an item that was meant to be a Christmas gift. I placed my order on 11/30 with a shipping date of 9-15 days. It is now 1-8-23 and I still have not received my item. Furthermore, I have reached out to the company twice via email and the only action taken was to reply with a tracking number as if I hadn't been tracking this package for well over a month now.

Needless to say, I am very disappoInted in my dealing with rosefeels and their lack of action taken to make a bad situation right.

Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere!

SCAM

This business is a SCAM. I placed an order over a month ago for a personalized bracelet and paid for expedited shipping. I reached out to support (because until this day I have not received my order) and they were NO HELP. I've read other reviews claiming the same issues, so I am under the impression that this business is a scam and deceives online consumers. Please save your money and order from a website that will actually send you the item you paid you for! I will be reporting this company as fraudulent. Buyer beware!

If I could choose 0 stars, I would have. I placed an order on 11/20/22 for a precious Christmas gift for my grown children. Christmas came and went with no items. Today, 1/3/23, I received an email that my items have shipped and will be delivered in APRIL of 2023. My credit card was already charged. I cannot believe that the ranking for RoseFeels is so high? I cannot be the only one this has happened to. Obviously they have lost a customer in me forever, as well as how far my voice will travel to all of my contacts.

Ripped me off

ZERO Customer Service!

My husband ordered me a personalized gift for Christmas. When we received it, it had a completely wrong name listed. When he contacted the company they wouldn't create him a correct one with what HE ordered and only offered to give him a 20% discount for a FUTURE order. When we contacted them with further issues that only a few days later it was completely tearing apart, they have YET to respond to us on how to process our return to receive a refund for this item! DO NOT purchase from them unless you want issues with your order and ZERO response to your communications to try to have it resolved! Terrible customer service - first and only time we will order from them!

This rosefeels.com is a bad business the tracking part of the website goes funky and will not let you track from time to time, the delivery date was 10 days past and they had not even shipped it.
So I ended up going through pay pal to get a refund and that will take another 30 days to process. Unless you have money to throw away and/or you consider your time going through the steps to get it back frivolous you could take a chance.
In the end you will still end up with a cheap piece of junk.

The production times on the website are completely misleading. The item I ordered from the website stated 4-6 business days and I enquired on an estimated delivery date which they could not provide me, I then followed up multiple times and was told each time it was in production. I ended up waiting 14 business days in good faith and still had no shipping notification just told that is still in production. I ended up asking for a refund (losing out on money) as it was a Christmas gift and wouldn't arrive until past new years as predicted with the person I was dealing with in the final email. I would not trust this company's dating on the website.

THIS IS AN UPDATE ON MY PURCHASE EXPERIENCE WITH ROSEFEELS THIS IS NOT A SERIOUS SITE THEY PROMISED A DELIVERY WITHIN 8 BUSINESS DAYS AND I GOT MY PRODUCT AFTER 1 MONTH AFTER ASKING SEVERAL TIMES ABOUT IT WHEN I ASKED FOR A REFUND OF MY MONEY THEY OFFER ONLY 10 DOLLARS (THE PURCHASE WAS 50 DOLLARS). ANYWAYS I WAITED AND THE PRODUCT FINALLY ARRIVED AND I CAN TELL YOU WHAT I GOT IS NOT WORTH 50 DOLLARS.

This business is bad I still haven't received my merchandise from over three months ago they give me bad tracking numbers. I told them the first time to put apt 10 and they still haven't put it. Then I can't get a refund I hope you think twice before giving these people your business.

Worst purchase experience ever

I ordered something online and while I am located in Australia, I was charged by USD, ( it was 46.6 USD which I was charged 73 AUD). A couple of hours after that I decided to cancel the order and request for refund. So I filled a form online, received no confirmation, and also sent an email to the support. The day after that someone got back to me and said because it is more that 24 hours that they received my refund request, I am eligible for 60% refund and they were received 60 AUD from my purchase!

It is now more that 8 days that I send them emails and every time what I am told is the same! Called PayPal and explained the situation. They issued a request on my behalf and they said the seller received the USD and they need to refund the money in USD. One day after contacting PayPal, the same customer support again sent me their refund policy and said I am eligible for 50% of refund! So annoying and we basically came back to square one.
Looks like they are a scammer company and the only feeling they are giving you is the frustration. Never ever buy from them again. Not sure where they are located but definitely not in Australia as the emails that they are sending does not have any level of customer service that we have here.

Ordered a keyring for my mums birthday, said I could pay £25 for 2-4 working day delivery, it took over a month to arrive. Customer service is the worst I've ever experienced, I asked for a refund twice within the 24 hour period from ordering that their website claims is how long they give for one, I was ignored and every time I tried to ask them when it was going to be shipped they told me to "be patient". It wasn't until I said I was going to take it further that they finally shipped it, and it's not even good quality it's small and thin and not what it looked like in the picture. They claim they issued me a refund but obviously that's no where to be seen. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

I placed an ordered for personalised platters back in mid October. I have yet to receive them. When I reached out on Sunday they responded on Monday with a VERY UNPROFESSIONAL response. I ordered the platters as Christmas gifts. Not feeling very confident that my order is going to be fulfilled. They also deposited my payment quickly. Good Luck ordering!

I ordered a gift from this site on Sept 24. I felt that was plenty of time for a Oct 15th wedding gift. I have still not received the item that I ordered. I would never recommend this site to anyone. Huge disappointment
