Took a month and a half to receive. Product is great! Customer service was pretty good, responded to all inquiries.
You cannot see the picture. It's just a black dot where the picture we provided was supposed to be. For the cost, we didn't get the picture of the dog and basically just got a white rope bracelet.
The product l ordered finally arrived, the personalises bracelet was so tiny and the name broke off from the bracelet a day after, it was 'stuck' to the bracelet so poorly. Not worth buying anything from this website. I only selected a 1 star rating as this is the minimum option, l would rate the product a minus 1 in the least.
I received the bracelet but there are black spots on the picture. It cost over $50 and I waited almost a month for it. I was disappointed with my purchase.

Don't buy from this company. It's a scam they have taken my money and my order is nowhere to be seen. I even paid extra for delivery and theres still nothing 2 weeks later. I have been emailing them nonstop and now suddenly after messages going back and forth I can't email them anymore
Very poor service. I ordered the product over 2 weeks ago Jan 28th in preparation for Valentine's day. Even when I emailed to ask about how the order was progressing I got a generated response and was asked" Can't you just wait a few more days?". How long is a few more days? A week? A month? Did I have an option?
The order was "said" to be being rushed however I still received no other confirmation of this actually happening beside the generated email. Now here we're are past Valentine's day and I haven't even received information that the product is being worked on.
When I asked to cancel the order I was sent a very frustrating return policy that essentially says you get to keep some of my money no matter what. Haven't received confirmation that my order is actually being worked on AND I can't even cancel it? Come on.
I can promise you I will not be recommending your services to anyone.
Update: when I sent this response to the company their email was disabled.
Experience shopping was great, however I paid extra for express shipping and didn't receive it until a month later. Never received it in time for Valentine's Day

These guys do cheap work and have terrible customer service. Products shipped from Indonesia not the USA, so it takes a long time to ship. Go with anyone else.
Just don't. Chinese company, 2 months to receive, frames broken when they arrived. "Satisfaction guarantee" is a joke - they offered 20% refund and told me to fix the frames. OR, I could ship the broken frames back to China at my expense, and then they would CONSIDER a refund. Mind you - these were $70 frames and I bought 3 of them.
I've ordered from Rosefeels in the past and have been very happy with my purchase. I then ordered more Christmas gifts since then. Order early tho, it does take a while to get your order.
