The product was ok it just took almost a month to get it delivered to me

Ordering the product is easy but the time it takes to get it…. Well lets just say it took about 18 days to get to me once it shipped!

My product looked like I got from the dollar store and I paid over $50 for it. I will never order from this site again.

Great custom options and easy to use. The picture came out well and good quality material that I'm sure will last for a while.

I ordered this product it took 3 weeks to get to me I msged customer service 3 times to ask questions and never received a response. I was about to reject reverse the payment when I finally received shipment notification

Paid extra for shipping but took a month to receive order. Once I received the order it was damaged in shipping. The product was exactly what I ordered though

There was nowhere to input the inscription on the ordering site. Then found out after I bought the ring, that inscriptions were not available.

I just wish the picture was more centered, there was blank space on some of the legos and i didn't love the final look for how long i waited for it. I expected better

I had bought the couples two initial magnetic with initials. I paid the extra fee to get it 4-6 days to get it here before valentines and it didn't make it. It also did not give an option to get a different length size for the male. I got to us late and didn't fit him. I emailed and the customer service was great and honest. The said it would take longer to return and get new and gave me a 20% discount to rebuy. Even though it frustrating, i appreciate the discount and honesty. I look forward to receiving the new set even though now i have 4 instead of two.

I ordered a costum made necklace from RoseFeels and absolutely love it. It's beautifully done and is the perfect length.

The product was of good quality. The delivery was a little slower due to backlog due to the holidays, but customer service responded to my questions within a day or two.

I had to wait a little bit pass valentines but I contacted them the whole time and they always kept me updated on everything i can tell you it was worth the wait and it really was not that much longer after valentines like a week after it came in anyways my girl loves it wears it everyday and night i will defend buy from rosefeels again

Shipping was absolutely ridiculously long! Product is amazing if you don't mind waiting almost two months to receive it! I ordered it for Valentine's Day and just now got it.

Overall I'm happy with the product that I received. However when I ordered it was 12 days before Valentine's. I paid for the VIP to speed up the production. I also paid for the 3-day expedited shipping in hopes of receiving before Valentine's Day. I understood delays but it was significantly longer to get it completed. Also my tracking number could not locate the shipment. I emailed the company and a day and half later I got a response and new tracking number. Despite paying for the 3-day expedited delivery my product was shipped via normal shipping and arrived 6-7 days later. I emailed the company again to complain and I was told that they would credit $10 for the extra shipping which at this time I still haven't seen the credit on my card.

Package should be labeled fragile. Two pieces were broken from being shoved in my mailbox.

The service took longer than I had hoped and there was as no response when I emailed customer service.

Nice necklace I'm not sure if it's real though but it's pretty and I'll be buying more, this is a trustable website

Bracelet was a perfect gift for Valentine's Day! I would absolutely shop here again.
