When processing my payment, initially it wasn't clear that I could just use my debit card for payment. The option to take it directly from my bank was already chosen and they were asking for access to everything, including all deposits and purchases for the last year!?! Weird. I really wanted this for my husband so against my better judgment I went ahead and allowed it. It gave me an error message that they couldn't process my request at this time... I was very uncomfortable giving away that much permission to something so private. Not the company's fault by any means but I wanted you to know that the customer experience with Paypal was very uncomfortable and I almost just closed the window and didn't buy it. After I did purchase it finally and received it, the 18KT started to come off/fade on the first day. I gave my hard-earned money away for disappointment. Not Happy.

Order was exactly as described. My order took a long time to arrive but when it's coming from so far it's understandable.

Easy to use. Quality was not great but overall good.

The information on the bracelet isn't as shown in the website advertising. It is horribly small and hard to see its like a toy bracelet instead of an adult bracelet. Very disappointing for the price and the purpose of the gift.

My son give it to his girlfriend for Valentine's Day. She loved it.

I am very impressed by the look and sturdiness of the ring and pendant I bought! I replaced a hug ring I had been given with the sterling silver one you have and I am more than pleased. The pendant is a gift for a friend and I know she will love it!

Bracelet arrived in excellent condition. Wife loved it.

Payed extra for "3 day delivery" it took almost 25 days to be delivered, picture I chose to be on the frame was upside down, the wiring could've been neater for sure.

When I received the item 2 I'd the corners were cracked and the frame was falling apart.

We purchased a bracelet with a picture in the charm for a sympathy gift after our boss's father passed away. We paid over $25. For expedited shipping and waited over 3 weeks. When I emailed to get tracking information I received no reply. I emailed again to request tracking information and was told to wait more patiently. This is not expedited shipping. The product was fine. The gift bag and box that was an additional cost was fine.

I had to wait longer than anticipated to receive my product. However, the customer service team waas great and responsive.

Delivery was slow and ring broke after a couple uses.

I got my coworker a bracket with a picture in it of her doggos that passed away. She loved it and wrote me "People are gonna think I've lost my mind cuz I keep bringing my wrist to my eye to look at the picture. "

It took a while to arrive because it shipped from china but overall it came out pretty nice

Absolutely terrible. Packaging was a padded envelope for a fragile framed item. Needless to say, by the time the item finally arrived (long after it should have) it was broken beyond repair. Express shipping is a joke. 3 days turned into 2 weeks after shipping notification was received. The product took longer to produce than the site stated as well.
