After two weeks of trying to get a refund I discovered that the black fibers are coming from their packaging velvet box. Not sure how they haven't had similar complaints. I am now happy with the product but i was completely frustrated by the lack of customer service and the offer for 20-40% refund. Therefore I would not reccommend this company based on the crappy return or replacement policy.
It was a great purchase I live my necklace, but be patient. I ordered and 3 weeks later never got a shipping confirmation so I emailed the seller. The emailed back pretty fast, stated they were busy but would expedite my order. Got the items a week and a half later.

Don't buy from rose feels.com I ordered in advance of and now missed my anniversary date cause they can't deliver like said 4 to 8 days it's been almost 3 weeks and it still is not in this country but you say your in CA LA area if I knew it was from China I would go else where. I will not recommend Rosefeels to any one I know. This is a dissatisfied customer and a husband that it looks like I got a wife nothing for our anniversary
It took a while to receive my order which can happen so that's fine. I bought the bigger heart Lego picture with the box so that the box would be a nice way to open it. But the box isn't even close to fitting all the pieces so it's useless. This surely wasn't checked beforehand. Considering the box was $10 its not right to send a box that doesn't even work. Very disappointing, good thing the picture looks nice
I expected more for the price. This product looks like I bought it at the Dollar Tree. Very poor quality. I have to fix it up to look some what nice. I have to crazy glue the figurines( which are plastic) and ply wood is so cheap looking as well.
I was purchasing a gift for my wife for Valentine's Day. I paid extra for express shipping and my order didn't arrive until almost two weeks later. When I open it, the item was broken. I contacted customer service on two separate occasions asking where my order was and then asking for a refund the product and/or for the cost of extra shipping since I didn't get it on time. I was told after four days trying to receive a response that I could only get a portion refunded, $14 and Lisa, the CSR I emailed told me to fix the product by gluing it. Horrible service!

Definitely don't feel paying for VIP service or paying for faster shipping was worth it. I received a notification saying my necklace had shipped but only a label had been made. It was quite a few days before it was actually put in the hands of the postal service. I wouldn't exactly call the "premium packaging" premium, but it was decent enough. Not exactly worth the money, but not worthless either. The necklace did arrive and was beautiful. Feels very sturdy. It's well made. I gave it as a gift and he loved it. The engraving was great. Very happy that the chain was a good sturdy chain. Color was great. Picture wasn't super clear, but was better than one I'd bought from a different site. I would buy another, but with the thought in mind that it wouldn't arrive in the fastest time frame. I understand there's processing time and understand once out of their hands, they have no control over shipping times. Still overall a pretty good experience
Easy experience, price is fantastic, and I hope it will be a great gift. Maybe a picture preview would be helpful though.
