A little longer to receive then I wanted, but expected with the customization.

Easy to download and order. Response for questions and change in my order was addressed. Very pleased with the frame.

The product came out fine, but I wish I had gotten to see a preview beforehand. It took an incredibly long time to arrive. I ordered two weeks in advance of a family member's birthday and the gift didn't show up until multiple weeks after that…about 6 weeks after I placed the order. I would have appreciated more transparency about the time frame.

Way smaller than it looked and I had to put it together myself with hot glue. None of that is in the description.

I received it and it's perfect. My wife loved it and that's all that matters. Thank y'all.

I am in the U.S, please be patient with this company in terms of processing your order and shipping because the end result is superb and worth it. I bought an engraved necklace as a gift and it arrived in perfect condition and I am very pleased with the end result!

Commande passée le 24 février pour la fête des grds mères début mars. Nous sommes le 28 mars personne ne sait me dire quand j'aurai le bijou. Sur le site de suivi il est bloqué au 13 mars 2023... c'est une arnaque! Je vais demander un remboursement mais vu les commentaires je vais me le coller sur le front! Ne pas commander ce sont des arnaques! Ah oui on vous répond par mail rapidement mais pour vous dire que ca va arriver! Fuyez ce site!
